Personal watercraft are available for your use in the summer and hot tub all year round.

The Space:
This gorgeous home has a second story loft area which looks down into the open living and dining room. We're on Lower Beverly Lake and provide kayak and SUP for watercraft. There is room for a boat up to 15ft to fit in the boat house, otherwise, you can still dock your own boat, the doors will just be kept open. There is a firepit with wood included on-site and a gas BBQ.
