This unit is completely furnished with two bedrooms.

At your request, the two single beds in the 2nd bedroom can be put together to create a queen size bed.

There is a possibility to rent the apartment with only one bedroom at a lower price. If you choose to do so, the second bedroom will be lock for the duration of your stay.

The bathroom has a bath tub and a separate shower.

Close to concert venue

We loved our stay. So close to grocery store, gas station. Short drive to Place Bell where we needed to go for a concert. Loved all the special touches left for us. Highly recommend everyone to stay here.

The apartment was warm and came with a welcome basket which was a nice touch. Being close to a bus stop came in handy and made traveling without a car more accessible. Wonderful!

This apartment is wonderful - it is impeccably clean and the hosts have thought of every detail. (For example, everything was labeled - even a handy pencil box of office supplies!) We drove to the Metro, which had free parking, and took it into Montreal. This was an easy 30 minute ride with no transfers. Thank you for a great stay!

The basement apartment was clean. There was a nice full kitchen. There was a welcome basket with snacks, fruit and some breakfast items. As soon as you enter the bedrooms there is a strong perfume scent coming the bedding. It was very bothersome. We washed the sheets twice but the perfume scent lingered so we had to buy some sheets. There’s a school nearby that restricts daytime parking. We were advised we could park across the street but the spaces available were taken most of the time which made parking challenging.

I'm sorry to hear you experienced discomfort with the bedding scent. All linens are washed with unscented detergent, the same type used in hotels, and I’ve never received similar feedback before. Had you contacted me during your stay, I would have gladly provided fresh sheets right away. Regarding parking, the apartment is in a quiet residential area near a school, and while daytime restrictions apply directly in front of the school, there is ample parking nearby. I noticed your rental car was consistently parked within 50 feet of the apartment, and again, I was never contacted about any parking difficulties. I always encourage guests to reach out in real time so I can resolve or discuss any concerns promptly. This helps avoid unnecessary frustration and ensures a more enjoyable stay and it also gives me a fair chance to address issues before they appear in a review. Our stay was great, but we would suggest the following two improvements - 1. The pathway to the entrance is very dark. There should be some light - either constant or motion sensor, so that people don't trip. 2. All the tourist material in the property was in French. Since this is a vacation rental for tourists, it would be good to have some English material, as many guests may not be Fracophone.

Perfect for us

We spent 4 nights from July 15-19 at this lovely apartment during our visit to Montreal. It was absolutely perfect for us. I was impressed with how spotless & welcoming it was. The welcome basket was very appreciated and all the little extra touches like the fancy folded towels & diffuser running upon arrival just pushed it over the top. It was very evident that a lot of pride & attention went into making guests feel comfortable and welcome. The apartment is in a quiet residential area which was lovely after a day in the busy city. There is a grocery store just a couple blocks away and a convenience store just kitty corner so it was well located. If you have a car, it’s about a 12 minute drive to the Montmorency Metro Station (orange line) which takes you right to many of the sights in Montreal. Without a car, I believe there is a bus running very close by that will get you where you want to be. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend this to others. It was a perfect place for our family of 4 to land while visiting Montreal.

We stayed at the Lacay apartment in Laval for two nights, May 19 and 20, 2023. We loved the apartment. We were three people and we found it very spacious. It is a fully renovated apartment with two bedrooms, one bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, a large bathroom with a jacuzzi and shower, a washer and dryer. There is a large smart TV with thousands of channels. You find everything you might need in the apartment. The owner cleaned the apartment so well, it was squeaky clean. She also offered croissants, cheese, three kind of juice, granola bars, chips, water, cereal, milk and a lot of other food items. She went above and beyond to make our stay so welcoming. Please note that the parking is a street parking and not on the premises. But, we didn't have any problem finding a space on the street. We recommend staying there if you are visiting Laval, Quebec. Thank you to the owner for such a great stay.
