We proudly present McCrae Holidays, this large beach house for your next family and friends getaway - sleeps 10 guests.
This beautiful simple living home has 4 bedrooms and is located close distance to the beach and a few minutes' drive to restaurants, shops and golf courses.
THE SPACE
Located a stone's throw from shops, restaurants and beaches, this holiday home will not disappoint. It’s a perfect place to make memories with your family or friends.
McCrae Holidays showcases two distinct levels, with superb views of Port Phillip Bay, the McCrae lighthouse, the city skyline and the Sorrento coastline, along with the tree-capped summit of Arthurs Seat.
Upon entry to the ground level, you are welcomed by an open-plan living area complete with a study nook and built-in desk, a bathroom and two bedrooms; both with ceiling fans and built-in robes. The living space flows seamlessly onto a sprawling deck, and through to the large, north-facing backyard, which makes for a perfect indoor/outdoor entertaining area.
Venture upstairs to enjoy the stunning views from the open-plan living, dining & kitchen space. The kitchen is equipped with a 900mm free-standing SMEG oven & cooktop, as well as a SMEG dishwasher and 20mm Caesarstone benchtops.
Upstairs, you will also find a gas log fireplace, a second study nook and access to the deck / outdoor entertaining area.
There are two more bedrooms serviced by a separate bathroom and toilet; one of the bedrooms being the master with double built-in robes, a ceiling fan, access to the deck and in turn, the amazing bay view. The other upstairs bedroom features a built-in robe and split system heating and cooling unit.
McCrae Holidays will allow you to enjoy the quiet, leafy location, the bay views, the variety of local coffee shops, bakery, restaurants, and the fabulous McCrae beach nearby.
If you are looking for a relaxing getaway - look no further!
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.
