However, we understand that spiders and insects can be a challenge in this area during certain times of the year, and we'll be more vigilant in addressing this- We apologize for the oversight with the extra garbage bags. While the kitchen pail was lined, we should have left additional bags and will ensure this doesn't happen again- We’re sorry to hear about the issues with the grill. We have removed the mouse and will continue to monitor this closely to prevent it from happening again- The upstairs A/C unit did have some dust buildup, which has since been addressed.
