Come on down the weather is fine! Beach is open and gorgeous. Both pools are open and currently unheated (repair date unknown), and both hot tubs are open and heated, pavers in-between the pools are currently being worked on, and they're also working on restoring the Tiki Bar. There may be some construction noise between 9am-6pm, and the direct access to the beach has been diverted to the public beach access points, which are located at both the North and South sides of the Sunset Vistas property line.
The onsite Cafe is open with Tiki Bar service.

Sunset Vistas is a beautiful beachfront resort nestled along Treasure Island that features abundant guest amenities to make your vacation very special. With new owners and new management comes a new look to this luxurious oceanside locale. This two (2) bedroom/two (2) bath, 870-square-foot suite is located on the fifth floor of Sunset Vistas North and faces west. Directly across from the elevator, it provides quiet evenings of gorgeous sunsets and cocktails on your private balcony. Able to accommodate up to six (6), it features King and Queen-sized beds, with a Queen sleeper sofa.

The living accommodation offers a dining area that seats six (6) and a fully equipped kitchen with cooking and eating utensils for preparing your food, with a microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, oven/range, washer/dryer, and dishwasher, coffeemaker, and Ninja Blender.

Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay.

To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials:
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
One roll of paper towels
Hand soap at each sink
Dish soap
A few trash bags for each trash can
A few laundry sheets
Dish detergent and sponge
Ground coffee or coffee pods
Dish towel(s)
In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates.

Please note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay, regardless of its duration. Some of the main items that we DO NOT provide are shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, tin foil.

A variety of upgrades have been added to maximize your comfort. This includes:

· Queen pillow-top mattress/box springs (Brand New)

· Premium bedding and towel sets (Brand New)

· All Pillows (Brand New)

· Flooring and rug (Brand New)

· Glassware and silverware (Brand New)

The suite includes free high-speed wireless internet, large-screen televisions, a Blu-ray player, and access to all major streaming services and local programming, USB plugins, and ceiling fans throughout. We also provide a closet full of beach gear to borrow during your stay. Guests enjoy a host of resort amenities, such as a large private resort pool, whirlpool spas, and a children's pool. You'll have access to the fitness center, the tropical courtyard, and one (1) reserved parking place (parking pass to be put on dashboard). Parking is covered and located entirely under building cover. Sorry, we cannot help with parking for any additional vehicles, however, check with the front desk, and they may possibly issue a parking pass for an additional car, however this is not guaranteed.

Sunset Vistas amenities include an adult pool and a kiddie pool, 2 hot tubs, an onsite Cafe, a pool/beach Bar, an onsite gym, an office workstation, and a ping pong table, but, of course, the best part is that you will be staying directly on Treasure Island Beach, named one of the nicest Beaches in the World! The main pool is geothermal heated. Amidst the pool area is a tiki bar for immediate cocktail indulgence. The onsite café serves breakfast, lunch, or casual dinners.

This beautiful suite is located on Treasure Island Beach, which has been named one of the best beaches in the nation and top-five on the planet. Your days can be thrilling, tackling water sports like parasailing, jet skiing, and swimming. Or spend each day chilling, mixing it up with local tours, animal-watching, and shopping. You'll be within approximately an hour's drive to nationally renowned family venues such as Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, and Tropicana Field. Johns Pass Village & Boardwalk is a mile away, and Splash Harbour Water Park is a 9 mile drive.

The nearby towns of Clearwater and St. Petersburg offer an eclectic mix of local cuisine and international flavor. A thumping bar and nightclub scene will keep you can keep you moving til the wee hours. This location is easily accessible from Tampa International Airport and St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport.

Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.


Garage clearance is 6ft 8inches. If you have a vehicle that is taller than that 6'8'', you will need to try to find an open "guest parking" spot which are super limited. Sorry to say that we cannot help you with parking if your vehicle cannot clear 6'8''.

Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!

We require the payer of the booking to sign our rental agreement, which insures the guest instructions will auto-send at 3PM on the day of arrival.

Wonderful condo, perfect location!

Condo was exactly like advertised! Clean, modern, and well-furnished. We loved the ability to use the beach chairs, cooler and umbrella! Easy walks to St Johns Pass (about 1/2 mile) and a little further the other direction to even more restaurants/bars. Pool and beach were fantastic! Highly recommend!

Amazing Stay

The condo was very clean, beds were comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful and relaxing. We loved going to John's Pass Village (1/2 mile down the road) for dinner almost every night. We saw multiple dolphins while eating outside on the boardwalk at Sculley's. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice Condo

The condo was very nice and was convenient to be access and nearby restaurants. The 2nd bedroom is very small but both bedrooms had comfortable beds and sleeper sofa was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked very well. The north elevators were down when we arrived but were repaired by the next day. We also had issues with roaches and a slow drain in the kitchen sink but property manager was quick to respond and sent pest control the same day and plumber the we day .Overall a nice place to stay.

Better view than expected

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo! The pictures did not do it justice. The view was absolutely amazing from the balcony. The condo itself was clean and very inviting. However, the storage closet for the beach items which was much appreciated, was extremely sandy from the previous guest. So we took upon ourselves to clean out closet and brush off all of the sand of the chairs and toys. The beds were comfortable. The couch material was a little itchy especially with a bit of a sunburn but there were extra blankets to throw over them. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. Just missing scissors and tongs. It would have been nice to have a drying mat for dishes since we had 2 dish towels. None of this was a big deal at ALL! We would definitely recommend this condo to

Quick Getaway

As previously stated, the property was as described and pictured. The closet with beach items was a nice extra. We did opt to pay $20 for the larger commercial umbrella at the beach that they drilled for you. We enjoyed the pool, cafe, beach bar and sitting on the balcony watching the evening storm. We would book again in the future.

Last minute Beach Vacation

Due to a potential catastrophic situation in the Caribbean last week, our vacation plans had to be changed last minute. We were scheduled to enjoy a week in the Dominican Republic, however the development of Ernesto prevented that. As a family we had to call a last minute audible... We scoured the web looking for a beach vacation. We have traveled to the Maderia Beach area before, so that's where we started looking. After reading many reviews, looking at countless photos and flipping and flopping on many different properties, we picked this one to enjoy our time away from home. Communication with the property management company was really easy and fast, whether through VRBO or email, they were fast with responding and helpful. Check-in was a breeze as you just do it yourself. The parking spot is very conveniently located near the elevator, that was literally right outside the condo's door. The condo itself was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable The view of the pool, beach and Gulf was awesome. Couldn't see the sunset from the balcony, because the sun is still too far north. The pool is really nice, however some of the other guests like to "hog," and "reserve," chairs and tables all day, however never use them. I guess it's hard being human for some individuals There were many items included that were very useful. The in unit washer and dryer were helpful, always having clean towels. I recommend going to the Winn-Dixie, not Publix.

5 night stay with my mom, teen son and teen nephew!

The place was clean with a great view. The beach chairs and umbrella were appreciated! The beds were comfortable and for being really picky with pillows, they were pretty good! The boys loved the French toast in the cafe! My mom and I got in a couple of workouts in the gym. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would visit again!

Check in was easy. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Location near the elevator was great. The noise from other quests did not disrupt our stay at all. Comfy Condo with Great Amenities

This condo was exactly what I hoped it would be! The closet was full of beach toys, chairs, a nice cooler and beach towels! The beds were very comfortable and the fans in all of the rooms were high powered and worked well. The showers had great water pressure and there were plenty of towels available. The balcony had a nice view as well. We love Sunset Vistas because of the beach access, beach bar and pool and we have been here several times. But this is now our favorite unit! It is a great location right off the elevator and a nice parking spot! We will be back!

Fabulous stay in Treasure Island!

We thought the location and unit were fabulous! Easy walking distance to John's Pass Village where we went parasailing and ate at restaurants. The beaches weren't crowded and sand was wonderful. Our unit was beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we need to cook meals. Views from the balcony were lovely too. The property mgmt company was very responsive and easy to work with. We hope to return next year!

Excellent Stay!

Sunset Vista 507N did not disappoint. It was exactly as described, very clean, convenient parking, and easy beach access. Check in was simple and all via email. The beach closet with cooler, chairs, and towels was a huge plus for us since we flew in and couldn’t bring all of our beach items. This was our first stay at Sunset Vista 507N and we will absolutely be returning.

Clean and great view!

Will definitely be booking this unit again. It is extremely clean, has a closet of sand toys, chairs, cooler, etc. stuff you don’t want to bring on a plane but need down there. All of the linens, towels, etc. were good quality. The beds were comfortable. The parking spot and unit is right by the elevator. Awesome view and easy walk to beach, pool, and other fun places. Can’t wait to return!

Excellent property, location & a very well maintained condo unit.

We were looking for a comfortable, convenient, close to the beach getaway. The location is perfect. The beach was close & not public so it was not overcrowded at all. The unit had everything we needed it terms of amenities & had a great view of the ocean. We would definitely go back there again.

We loved our time here. The room was clean, beds were very comfy and it had everything we needed in the kitchen and for the beach, including chairs, sand toys, cooler, etc. We will definitely look to stay in this unit again. 5 Stars!

Everything you need and close to the beach

Nice place, short walk to the beach, nice tiki bar, beach chairs and cooler was a plus. Place was just as advertised and we would stay again.

Spring Break

Everything was perfect. The condo was a great location and had been nicely upgraded. The owner has included many extras to make the vacation perfect! The view was amazing! Thanks for a lovely vacation!

Short Spring Break Trip

The condo was just as expected. Clean and beautiful! Great view and location. It had coffee and shower essentials which was great as we were only there 1 full day. Beach access was great and the chairs and play toys were a great bonus. Thank you for an awesome place!
