From the owner: "I'm sorry you had an issue with the hot tub! The hot tub company was out and treated and cleaned the tub the day before you arrived. I wish you would have let us know there was an issue so we could have gotten it taken care of for you right away, and you could have enjoyed it."

We sincerely apologize for the frustrations you experienced. Regarding the propane, we wish we had known on your first night, so we could have directed you to the spare tank kept on the property. We appreciate you bringing the waterlogged hot tub cover to our attention—this was the first we had heard of the issue, and it has since been completely replaced. To clarify the lake situation, while seasonal water levels prevent a boat from using the dock, kayaking and paddleboarding are still very much possible from the shoreline. We understand that for the cost of your stay, every detail matters.
