Loved the place very clean and perfect location. Everything was walking distance beach, Icecream and restaurants. Had a problem with the air conditioning not working and they came immediately. Will stay here again.

Perfect location! Super close to the beach, and bridge street, where there is plenty of shopping and restaurants. Condo was very clean, and check in process was a breeze. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you so much for hosting!

We loved this place. Host was great with a couple small special requests we had. Area was convenient for beach access. Kids loved the place we would come stay here again

The house is in a great location- so easy to get to beach. Provided all beach supplies. House was roomy- kitchen was stocked. Beds were comfy and the place was clean. Would recommend and would stay again.

We loved our stay here! The unit is bigger than we expected and very comfortable. The short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and pier was so convenient. We also appreciated the beach chairs in the garage. There was no shampoo or conditioner, so that is something you need to bring. Communication was very easy and fast. We would definitely stay here again!

The property’s location is fantastic! Close to Bridge Street and the beach. Beach chairs are really old and need an upgrade. Elevator not working would pose an issue for individuals who had mobility issues - as the stairs are a workout. Overall, really enjoyed the property!

Beautiful place

The property was very clean and loved the views off the patio and out each window. Within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. The property provided so many necessities which made our stay much more relaxed. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Stay!!!

This place is a gem! It is absolutely perfect! Spacious and beautiful in the best location. You can walk to bridge street and the beach. It is still very peaceful and quiet. We frequently stay on Anna Maria/Bradenton Beach and this was the best place so far!

The only complaint I have is the beach chairs. They were too small. We wound up renting chairs. Other than that, it is a beautiful place and we will be back. Due to how close to the beach, I would have decent chairs for your guests.

Perfect location

Short walk to Bridge St and the beach is less than a block away! Wonderful lanai up top where we sat often, cool breeze. Property was clean and comfortable and everything we needed (beach toys, chairs) was available.

It is a wonderful condo. Very spacious. There is a limited view of the Gulf and the Bay which is very nice for sunsets and sunrises. The unit is very well apportioned. Being in our 70’s it would have been nice to have the elevator operational. We would certainly stay here again. It is located within walking distance of Bridge Street and the pier.Thanks for having us.
