The house is in a great location- so easy to get to beach. Provided all beach supplies. House was roomy- kitchen was stocked. Beds were comfy and the place was clean. Would recommend and would stay again.

The property’s location is fantastic! Close to Bridge Street and the beach. Beach chairs are really old and need an upgrade. Elevator not working would pose an issue for individuals who had mobility issues - as the stairs are a workout. Overall, really enjoyed the property!

We loved our stay here! The unit is bigger than we expected and very comfortable. The short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and pier was so convenient. We also appreciated the beach chairs in the garage. There was no shampoo or conditioner, so that is something you need to bring. Communication was very easy and fast. We would definitely stay here again!

The only complaint I have is the beach chairs. They were too small. We wound up renting chairs. Other than that, it is a beautiful place and we will be back. Due to how close to the beach, I would have decent chairs for your guests.

It is a wonderful condo. Very spacious. There is a limited view of the Gulf and the Bay which is very nice for sunsets and sunrises. The unit is very well apportioned. Being in our 70’s it would have been nice to have the elevator operational. We would certainly stay here again. The elevator not working should get you a discount. It was out when we booked and still out. A couple of the bathroom faucets are plumbed backwards, one bedroom door ( the second bedroom) handle is extremely loose and the toilet ran sometimes. However, it is a great condo and lots of space and would be a great place for snow birds. Kitchen is stocked well. They did not supply and starter shampoo but we had packed our own. Access to beach is perfect.

Amazing Stay!!!

This place is a gem! It is absolutely perfect! Spacious and beautiful in the best location. You can walk to bridge street and the beach. It is still very peaceful and quiet. We frequently stay on Anna Maria/Bradenton Beach and this was the best place so far!

Beautiful place

Short walk to Bridge St and the beach is less than a block away! Wonderful lanai up top where we sat often, cool breeze. Property was clean and comfortable and everything we needed (beach toys, chairs) was available.

Fantastic location, well stocked kitchen. We suggest bedding for pull out sofa be made available. Also, several outlets do not work. But all-in-all, home views and location to Bridge street and bridge street are great.

Great Location!

We loved the condo, and the location was great. We were able to walk to shops, beach, and bars. Condo was very nice, and had everything we needed. The second bedroom really needs a tv!!
