We had a nice stay! A few issues came up but our host responded quickly. Beautiful sunrises and great beach! Close to grocery store and other attractions. There is a lot of road noise but it was clean, and a good value for the price.

This was our families 2nd time at this location. It was really nice to see the renovations from last year completed. I felt the building was safe for my children. They loved the gameroom. A little loud at night with the bar across the street but personally didnt bother us. It was spring break so expected:) NO karens here. Overall we loved it just like last year.

Great view of sunrise on balcony. Access to beach super easy, go downstairs, exit back entrance and there it is.Futon was comfortable. Did not expect this for a big girl.

We spent two days and it was just beautiful everything we needed. I actually never wore shoes . Beach view , steps to the sand. Definitely returning. Its our new family tradition.

Great place for the price. Was better than decent. I would say it was good. Not spotless and pristine, but well worth it for the price and having a view of the beach. There was some construction but it has since been finished, I think.

No Beach Access or Pool

The property lacked beach access and there was no pool. The entire place was under construction so maybe that's why. Unit could also use some updates but still a nice place and worth the price.

Fantastic views, relaxing stay

Great location, easy check-in, air conditioning worked great, elevators were fast, beach cart was very helpful during check-in & check-out, brand new chairs on balcony. Views of sunrises over the ocean & sunset over the city were phenomenal. The kitchen & bathroom especially could use updating but were fully functional as they were. Communication with management/owners was very good. Some things were spotless when we moved it (refrigerator, cabinets, dishes), other things needed some work. Some of the towels were stained, making them seem dirty so we washed towels before we used them. Coin operated laundry on the same floor was convenient. Bring quarters! Beach access was convenient but no pool yet. Very easy to get in and out of the parking lot onto A1A since there's a stoplight right there. Would stay again except the price is jumping up quite high.

Unbeatable location

OK, first off - yes the property is due for an update. That being said, the space is large and comfortable, the kitchen is fully functional and well appointed and the view off the balcony is stellar. The whole building was undergoing renovation during our stay, and aside from the garbage shute being closed, it wasn't even noticeable. Drew is attentive, pleasant and a real nice guy. Before our trip, he orovided us with a local guide book, incuding not just the tourist sites but the important things like where the nearest grocery stores were. There is a mountain of beach gear in the closet. The bed is comfy and the towels are soft. My wife and I had a wonderful, relaxing stay, and we will definitely be back.

There was limited parking on the weekends but considering the sea wall is under construction it wasn’t as bad as expected. The property is def an evident rental, a bit dated but it was relatively clean and the property manager was amazing! Awesome communication, great location, provided all that we needed. We read the propriety was supposed to have a pack n play we followed up with the property manager, they immediately purchased one when they realized the one that was supposed to be provided wasn’t there, they even provided sheets for it. He was pretty great! For the level of communication and service he gets an A

Not suitable to stay

The air conditioning did not work, the place was very dirty and the condo itself was under construction in the areas we would have stayed…bedroom, bathroom, and living room. The owner and property managers were communicative. We wish the owner and property manager would have been aware of the poor condition of the unit and would have cancelled our reservation beforehand. Due to the lateness of not finding out the place was uninhabitable, we had to drive back home our dog. We are waiting for our refund.

A new thermostat had just been installed before your stay, which may have caused some confusion. Our team is always available to assist if you need further guidance on using the system.– Our professional cleaning team prepared the unit for your stay, as they always do.– Construction to repair the building’s seawall and pipes has been ongoing since 2020 and is scheduled on weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM. This is noted in the listing so guests can make informed booking decisions. It's important to note that the work never takes place inside the unit during guest stays.We take our guest experience seriously and strive to provide an enjoyable stay for each visitor.

Cancelled my stay after seeing the property due to construction, dust and No View

The property was not what was listed in VRBO Site. It is undergoing construction and has windows and balcony tapped off which blocked all view. The VRBO help desk was not at all helpful. I had to cancel and look for a property after traveling for 18 hours. Very bad experience with VRBO.

The condo’s location is excellent—convenient and mostly quiet, which we appreciated. The price was probably about right for the unit’s age and amenities. However, our stay had a few issues that, if not encountered, would have made this a 3 or 4-star rating. Upon arrival, the unit was noticeably dirty, and we found no toilet paper, paper towels, or dishwasher pods. Most concerning were a couple safety issues. The main entry door handle was loose, and there was no internally controlled security feature like a chain or block bar, which felt unsettling for a frequented rental. Additionally, the living room ceiling fan appeared to be a serious electrical/fire hazard; we avoided using it entirely. I was surprised housekeeping or the previous tenant left it on unattended. Couple things to note - there are no additional blankets (only sheets) and the onsite laundry is coin operated (4/load). No complaints here — just good to know for planning. Overall, the location is a big plus, but the cleanliness, lack of initial supplies, and safety concerns need addressing to improve the experience.

Do not book this villa!!!!!

It started great got my instructions went to check in and no keys in the lock box.. so me and my wife had to call the owner to find out what was going on Oh by the way it was our anniversary.... We sat in the parking lot WAITING to find out if we are going to have a roof over our head .. Well long ass story short.. i had to cancel the reservation. And had to go and spend $500 for a 2 day stay at a MOTEL a freaking MOTEL when i booked a full size villa.. Come to find out it was double booked and people were in the room i booked for my 10th anniversary so please book ANYWHERE ELSE dont waste the time or money

Do not stay here

I knew going in that this property was going to be low quality because it’s cheaper. The contact host was not helpful at all when I called about us not having a key to enter the apartment building we never received a key. The condo reeked of cigarette smoke and chemicals. It was not clean- hair in the shower, sand on the floors, the stove top was nasty, sand on the futon couches, etc. The lobby was closed so you had to climb two flights of stairs to get to the elevator (which is very difficult with stuff). The trash shoot was broken and there was no dumpster downstairs for garbage we had to go find a garbage can at a shop. We also did not receive a key to get in the building and when I called our guest contact he said he was going to help but then we never got a key for our ENTIRE STAY. We did not have a key to get in the building. Calling VRRBO was not helpful at all. I contacted Evolve, the rental company that the condo is booked through and even though they finally offered to refund us for nights not stayed, it took so long for them to respond that by the time we could’ve been decided our trip was almost finished.

The key was taken by the previous guest, and despite our best efforts to resolve the issue by coordinating with a locksmith and the condo association, we were unable to resolve this during your stay. Additionally, we were unable to reach both you and the previous guest, which further complicated the matter. The key has now been replaced. - It's important to note that our condo is strictly non-smoking; however, we understand that a past guest may have violated this rule. We're taking steps to mitigate any lingering odor by airing out the unit and using an air filtration system.- Regarding cleanliness, we acknowledge the presence of sand brought in by the previous guest, and while our team made diligent efforts to address this, it appears some areas were overlooked. Your feedback regarding sand, hair in the shower, and the stovetop has been shared with our cleaning team to ensure improvements are made.- The lobby was closed due to renovations, rendering the elevator temporarily unusable during your stay. We're pleased to share that the renovations are now complete, and the elevator is back in operation.- Efforts are underway to address the issue with the trash chute being out of order, and we're actively working with the condo association to find a resolution.- We attempted to reach out to offer you a refund and a complimentary dinner on several occasions but unfortunately didn't receive a response. Please know that we remain committed to resolving any concerns you may have and are available to assist you further if needed.We take our guest experience seriously and strive to provide an enjoyable stay for each guest.
