The balcony view from this unit is absolutely spectacular!!! We spent the majority of our time out there enjoying the ocean. Inside, the unit is very spacious, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need with special attention to neatness and organization. The owners were especially friendly and helpful, cheerfully answering any questions we had. We wholeheartedly recommend this condo and plan to stay there again.

Great location on the beach. While the building is a bit dated, the unit is clean with tile and vinyl flooring which is clutch for being on the beach. Beautiful sunrises right from the living room. Saw three rocket launches from the deck. I would recommend and rent again.

We loved the condo. The views from the balcony are stellar. We went in October so the beach was practically empty most of the time. The owners were very thoughtful and provided everything you could need to make your stay pleasant. They communicated with us the whole time. The condo is a 7 minute drive from Cocoa beach so there's a lot to do but super quiet in the building except for the lovely sound of the ocean. In one word. Relaxing.

Would stay there again

Had a great stay, Steve and Linda were great to rent from, They thought of everything you could possibly want and need. The view from the balcony was amazing, saw two launches, so close to the beach you could throw a stone in it. Very clean and I would recommend staying here!!!

We bought this condo Dec 2003, to rent most of the time, except when we or our Family use it. We try to rent to only 2-4 people at a time to try to keep the condo looking good for everyone. We upgraded and opened up the view from the kitchen a few years ago. We also replaced the bedroom carpets with wood look laminate flooring. The rest of the unit has tile flooring. The unit already had hurricane windows, but a new 3-panel hurricane rated/turtle glass patio door was installed in 2023. We try to stock the condo with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Enjoy.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

This building is the closest one to the ocean in the area due to it was built by the Military in the1960's, and instead of a wide beach and seagrass setback, they built a seawall across the ocean side of the whole property. So when you sit on our balcony, which is oceanfront and on the 2nd floor, you feel like you are sitting right at the edge of the ocean. Unfortunately, since the pool and beach access is currently closed until further notice, you will need to walk 2/10 mile south to the public beach access, but the views from our condo and balcony, will hopefully make up some for this inconvenience.

When they renovated our building in 2022/2023, they removed the screens from our balcony, so your view and picture taking is not blocked by screens. You are approximately 30 feet on the 2nd floor from the seawall and ocean. This unit is probably one of two units closest to the ocean on the east coast of Florida.
