The property was very clean and was equipped with everything we needed. It even had two kayaks and life jackets. The bay in the back of the house was great place to relax and fun for kids. We spent lots of time on the deck close to the water in the evenings. There were not many things to do in the island except water activity but that has nothing to do with the house. Overall house was an excellent choice. The owner Louisa and manager Rhondda were very responsive. Rhondda was very nice to us and was very professional. I will pick this property anytime in the future if we visit this island again. Thank you for making it a great trip.

What an incredible vacation for my family!!! If I could summarize peace and tranquility into a picture and experience, it would be this house. This was our second time visiting the Island and we chose to stay the entire time in Taylor Bay. The water right off the boat dock was just as calm as the shoreline and not super deep. We were able to snorkel right off the house. A few mornings we woke up early and were so lucky to see a dolphin that swam right up to the dock, a stingray and a cute little turtle that visited daily. Everything about this house was wonderful. The layout allowed for the older guests to escape from all the noise of the main house by staying in the two suites below the pool, while two families shared the main house. We loved going back and forth between the ocean and the pool. The communication was top notch between both the Owner and Property Manager and they also gave us lots of tips regarding excursions. All minor issues were resolved very quickly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for such a wonderful vacation!

Excellent holiday!

We were a family of 7 ranging in ages from 6 months to 75 and we loved our stay. Pool was a hit and the proximity to the beach was a highlight. House had everything we needed and plenty of space for all. We can’t wait to hopefully be back soon!

From the moment we stepped into the Villa to the end of our stay we had the most amazing experience ever! Rhonda welcomed us with open arms and the largest smile I've seen. The rooms were large with windows overlooking the ocean and the most beautiful sunsets every night. I definately will try and visit again.

Great multi family vacation

Beautiful property in a beautiful location. The house was perfect for two families that haven’t vacationed together for 25 years. Our stay was perfect. We enjoyed the pool, the bay and everything that the house had to offer. The owners and property manager were also great and easy to reach. Hopefully we can come back someday.

I am somewhat surprised to see your overall experience at our Villa was only 3 stars. Many guests would be interested to know why you felt this after all the help and assistance that was given to you over the months of planning. The balloons, the gift package, the complimentary bottles of spirits - the daily support by Rhondda. You did not mention any of this. The surprise when you turned up with the additional guests when your other booked accommodation were disputing payment. Allowing you to host your additional guests with no charges, no charges for AC. May be Villa Vieux Caribe did not live up to your expectations. However after all the communication we have had with you I am surprised any shortfalls were not discussed during your stay as you had every opportunity to. I’m sure your 50th was a great celebration

This gracious home in Taylor Bay ,is on a gorgeous strip of beach with shallow waters, perfect for children, The property is beautifully maintained and supplied with aquatic equipment to let guests enjoy the sea. Proprietors are very diligent and keep their place beautifully.

Beautiful property in an amazing location!

We absolutely loved our stay at Louise's property. There were 12 of us in total (6 adults and 6 young children) and there was more than enough room for everyone. Staying at this location on Taylor Bay was something that we had been wanting to do for many years we feel very fortunate to have finally done it. The pool (and pool area) are perfect for many people...and we enjoyed grilling and enjoying many meals poolside. The kids loved jumping off the docks and constantly seeing the sea turtles that lived right off of the surrounding decks. It was an incredible stay and we look forward to returning next year!

Incredible Location

Other than a few blemishes/imperfections, this place is incredible. Nice layout with each of the 5 bedrooms having balconies on the ocean side. Tons of sitting area outside. Not the area of the Island with the most things to do (Cafes, Boutiques are more towards the Grace Bay area, 20-25 mins away by car) But if you’re looking for a quiet retreat to enjoy the house, the pool, the beach or the view, I can’t imagine a better spot!

Beautiful Location and great out door space

Great outdoor living space, easy access to clear calm waters, Loved the multi-level docks. Interior space is nicely laid out. If I had one suggestion it would be to perhaps consider redecorating the Common interior living areas and dining areas as they are looking a bit worn and tired. Fresh more comfortable dinning and living furniture inside would be a nice improvement. Other than that we found the house very comfortable and the host service and attention was exceptional.

Amazing Villa, amazing place

This is probably the best location for a Villa. Just a few meters from the beach either walking by the street or by the ocean as the shallow waters permit you to do so. You can also take a swim or jump to the ocean from the piers. We had so much fun! The villa is very nice! Spacious, rooms are big and comfortable, big kitchen with good appliances, nice terrace and big deep pool. Chef Gerry gave us the best food! He was very helpful and open to changes we had due to out children. I will come back for sure!!

Lovely!

We rented the villa for our annual girlfriends retreat, we are a group of 12 women and the house accommodate our group. We had enough space that we didn't feel as if we were on top of one another. The home is well maintained and has a great pool that overlooks the ocean. It was wonderful to wake up and walk to the dock or gazebo and see the sun rise. The home owner was very hospitable and gave us recommendations for activities during our stay. The on island property staff greeted us warmly and made themselves available throughout our stay. Great vacation, lovely island I would highly recommend.

10/10 – Hervorragend

Beautiful Property & Location. Perfect for our group.

We had a large group and this home was perfect. The bedroom arrangement along with the overall size of the property allowed everyone to gather but also provided spaces for some privacy. The property and pool were well maintained and the location on Taylor Bay was fantastic. We could jump off one of the two private docs, swim a few feet and then walk right onto Taylor Bay Beach. I don't think there was a day when we shared the beach or the bay with more than 10 other people. Only 15 mins from the airport and about 20-30 to Grace Bay. There is no shopping and only one restaurant in Taylor Bay/Chalk Sound area. That was the beauty of this house. We rented a small car for grocery shopping and pretty much just stayed put and enjoyed the luxuries of this home.
