Lakes Breeze: A Picturesque Waterfront Lake House with Lots of Fun

Welcome to LakesBreeze, a picturesque home nestled directly on Lake Tuggerah. Getaway from busy days, you will free yourself and have lots of fun inside and out in this adorable lake house.

Spreading over three separate areas, guests will have multiple spaces to enjoy themselves.

Ground floor:
-The newly installed kitchen is well appointed for your holiday catering and the large 2.4m boatwood table could conformably sit for 8-10 people.
3-seater sofa, two Larkwood armchairs with an electric fireplace in Living room under the cathedral ceiling
-Two coastal vibe bedrooms: one has a queen-size bed, other one with two single beds.
-A full bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet

First floor section 1:
-Main en-suite bedroom hosts with a custom designed super king bed, a travel cot, Tahitian fan and canopy bed curtains, makes you feel like be in tropic.
-A home office, equipped with a lift desk, a computer monitor and a printer to meets your WFH requirements.
-An additional sitting area for guests to watch TV whistle overlooking the birds sweeping over the water.

First floor Section 2
-A modern queen bedroom and a twin single bedrooms.
-A bathroom and a toilet
-A fun game area Xbox One

Outside
-Below balcony, there’s newly installed laundry and an extra bathroom, which adds convenience for your holiday stay. You can refresh yourself by taking a shower after rowing kayaks on the lake.
-Two double kayaks under balcony is free for use.
-A gazebo in front yard provides a gathering place for family and friends. Use of charcoal BBQ to cook a feast. An ultimate 3 in 1 outdoor fire, barbecue, and pizza oven Buschbeck Rondo in frontyard.
-The garage has been turned into a game room: A table tennis, an air hockey and a SNK MVSX Arcade with 50 games.

What we provide:
-Nespresso Plus Deluxe with vertuo capsules and Breville 878 Espresso machine ( you will need to bring your own beans).
-T2 sachets, Milo sachets, sugar sachets, salt and pepper sachets, oil, chilli powder
-Appliance: rice cooker, slow cooker, portable induction cooktop, hair dryer, iron
-toilet paper, tissue, paper towel. We use all bamboo paper products to help protect environment.
-Professional house clean and laundry service each time before your arriving.

The community here is very quiet, shared by people and birds. Please refer to our house rules. Do not disrupt the peace and comfort of my home or neighbours. I wish you enjoy the tranquil lake living as I do.

Noise:
We follow strict noise regulation and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Please particularly keep noise to a minimum after 9PM. Strictly no parties or gatherings are allowed.

Number of people:
Strictly no more than 10 people including children unless a specific exception has been approved. Violation of this rule could result in instant cancellation without refund.

Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups of travellers under the age of 25 years unless a specific exception has been approved.

Pets: We do not accept pets in general.

No Smoke and shoes indoor.

Kayak Use: The use of kayaks is free. Guests are required to sign a liability waiver. If the condition does not suit kayaking, like weather, water, etc , the use could be stopped.

For holiday house security reasons,there’s a camera monitor in driveway and another one monitor the backyard boundary.
