Welcome to Unit 51 Seafront Estate, located within a stunning complex right in the heart of Jurien Bay. With only a very short walk to Jurien Bay's most stunning beaches, great fishing spots and beautiful parks, why would you not want to stay here! With a pool to relax by, a wading pool for toddlers. Communal BBQs perfect for entertaining or cooking the daily catch and a large, grassed area for the kids to play. Each unit has 2 bays for parking.

Unit 51 is furnished with air-conditioning to the living area and main bedroom. There are ceiling fans to all 3 bedrooms and 1 to the living area.

This unit sleeps 6 guests; the bedding arrangement is 2 x Queen & 2 x Singles.

Please note: Bedding and Linen is supplied-sheets, towels & bathmats. Only enough consumables are provided for one night.
There is NO Wi-Fi at this property.
This is not a pet friendly property.

This unit has an air fryer and turbo oven.

What to Bring: All properties are furnished; however please note that these houses/villas/units are Not serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.

Common areas, including the swimming pool, are monitored by security cameras
Pool hours and complex rules must be followed for the safety and enjoyment of all guests
