If you are looking for a quiet getaway from the city, work life, or just love open spaces, this little gem is a short 2 hour drive away from Perth.
'Melvalley Estate' is situated east of Jurien Bay on an acreage block, over the rise in Alta Mare and only a 5 minute drive in to town for shopping and the beach.
It is a fully furnished 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home with an enclosed back yard for the kiddies to run around in. Large veranda out the front and the back to sit and enjoy the nightly BBQ's or have a wine and watch the native wildlife wander around.
The open plan kitchen, dining and main lounge is quite spacious! Cooking & food prep will be a breeze in this fully equipped kitchen complete with stove top cooking, oven, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, and even a dishwasher to help with the cleaning up!
The main lounge room has enough comfy lounges and recliners for everyone, large flat screen TV, DVD player and also has a fireplace, however use of this will be restricted. Firewood is not provided, however can be purchased locally. There is also zoned ducted reverse cycle aircon so u can set the temperature to each room to suite ur preferences.

Down the passage and there is another small lounge and TV area for the kids, leading to the bedrooms.
All rooms hahe a queen bed each including one with a cot, 6 guests total. All bedrooms have built in robes so you can unpack your suitcase as well as roller shutters so u can turn daytime to nite time at the flick of a switch.
The bathroom has both a shower recess and a free standing bath tub. Powder room with toilet is separate.

Both lounge rooms have new black leather couches.

Go for a leisurely stroll along the boundary lines or check out the fruit in the orchard (remember to wear closed in shoes.) Which fruits are in season?.... How many kangaroos are lazing in the shade today?.... Can you hear the kookaburras?

NBN & WiFi are available. Passcodes and access are provided on Check In, as you WILL NEED to be connected to the NBN for your phone connection to work.

Some consumables such as toilet paper, dish tabs, basic soaps and tea/coffee are provided complementary on arrival only. You may be required to purchase extra during your stay.

Please note the property is bring your own sheets, towels, pillow slips, bath mat and dish cloth (linens not selected under amenities). All beds have quilts, pillows and mattress protectors. If you require linens to be supplied for the house this is an additional fee on request.
