Located in the Dunes Estate, the home has views out to the gulf waters from the second storey rear balcony.

BYO Linen or 5 Star, Hotel Quality Linen Hire Available at $33 per person and the beds will be made. Please let us know at the time of booking if linen is required.

This floor comprises of a spacious open plan kitchen, meals and family, front balcony, guest toilet, master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in robe.
Downstairs is a living room, three good size bedrooms and main bathroom.

The creature comforts include 3 split system air conditioners, ceiling fans & off street parking. Close to (approx): Golf Course: 100m, Beach (600m) Tavern (1km) & More.

Bed configuration is as follows; 2 x Queen, 4 x Single Beds.

You will have access to the entire home, excluding the garage.

Strictly no parties or large gatherings at the property.
No smoking inside. Please dispose of cigarette butts in provided ash trays outside.
No pets allowed at the property please. No unregistered guests.
No illegal substances or fireworks allowed on premises.
Please take extra care of your keys and return them to the lock box on check out.
Replacing lost keys will incur a replacement fee.
Please stick to check in and check out times to allow for cleaning schedules.
Please take care of the furnishings. You may have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
Please do your dishes and keep the house tidy for everyone.
Vacuum is located in the walk in robe for spot cleaning if required.
Please take the trash out before you leave and put the bins out. Each stay is allocated one large garbage bag of rubbish. Recycle where possible.
Please respect the neighbours.
Please do not tamper with fire extinguisher, it is for fires only
Please do not use the upstairs gas heater. Use split systems instead.
Children are welcome, please ensure children are supervised at all times when near balconies and stairs. We ask that you please use child safety gates provided to keep your child safe.
Please put rubbish in the bins and not in toilets or anywhere else.
Please do not sleep on the beds without linen. If you have forgotten your linen, please send us a message to arrange linen hire drop off.
