Beach was beautiful. Place was a nice size. Couch was uncomfortable but daybed was a nice place to sit. Wish the balcony was a little more private.

The condo is cute and the host was quite responsive. I am always thankful when dogs are allowed. However, previous guest(s) had allowed their dogs to urinate in the condo which caused strong orders that lingered. As a pet owner, I'd also like to add that the condo asks pet owners to walk to the edge of the property near the highway for pets to do their business. The high traffic of hwy 101 races past and I wish there was a safer spot for pets to relieve themselves.We enjoyed the view from the window and the kitchen was well stocked. Overall, a nice place to stay.

What a fantastic place to stay. It was just my husband and I on this trip but, next time we will bring our dogs. They had so many board games, toys for kids, and an abundance of books ! The couch wasn't the most comfortable and the cupboards are near the ceiling. I had to have my husband get all the dishes for me. Other than that we really enjoyed thr condo. Highly recommend !

This location is perfect, just a quick walk to the beach with lovely views of the river. The unit was the right size for our family, nice to have two bathrooms with 4 people. Our only issue was the cleanliness. The sheets on the trundle bed were covered in dog hair (we washed them in the laundry unit on the property for a quick ok fix) and there was trash left under the beds/couch. A little more attention to detail on the cleaning would be appreciated.

What an easy delightful weekend getaway which to celebrate a gorgeous January sunset. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway!

I love Neskowin and have stayed at the proposal rock condos a few times. This unit is tidy and comfortable. Easy access to the beach too! We would stay again and highly recommend it!

Perfect for a few days on the coast

The condo had everything we were looking for: a nicely set up kitchen, comfy beds, and a great view. In addition to the easy beach access, it's just a parking lot away from two local restaurants and a short drive from Lincoln City. We loved our stay and would definitely return to explore the area more!

Great location and condo

This area is one of our favorite to visit on the coast. Love the restaurant, little store, ice cream truck (in the summer), and of course beach access all without needing to get in the car. The condo was a perfect set up for our family with 2 young kids.
