This original beach house has been transformed inside, but still retains the basic beach house facade - get ready to be surprised by the spacious living and dining area and the unbeatable location. Only 1 house back from Pt Nepean Road in a quiet street and only 50m walk to the waters edge and foreshore, its a perfect location away from hustle and bustle of busy traffic, and safe for kids to play outside. Feel the hint of Hamptons and French coastal feel, you will appreciate the luxury of not driving to the beach - in fact it is so close you can easily pop back to the house for extra food or supplies, and no fighting for a park!

Best of all its sleeps up 4 adults or 10 including kids, perfect for a large family or two families to share. Also great for a ladies or friends getaway with bunk beds for the kids and a games cupboard (let them go old school with Monopoly, Uno, Scrabble and more)

This house was perfect for a family holiday (even for multiple families). The inside living area is large, open and bright, also with a wonderful kitchen with lots of space. The beds are comfortable and the outdoor area is a great space for young kids to play, also safe with a secure gate. The family friendly beach is a stone throw away and is beautiful, white sand and clear blue water. Overall we loved it here.

This homestay was fantastic! It is located literally one house away from the beach, and really close to shops, Woolworths and (of course) the Hot Springs. The house interior is so well designed and incredibly functional, with a huge amount of space! We had a group of 10 stay here, and it was perfectly suited to accommodate all of us comfortably. All of the mod cons you'd expect to find were there, plus a fully functional and equipped kitchen, with plenty of extra blankets and heating for chilly nights! Every small detail was though of and taken care of, which made for a perfectly relaxing weekend!
