Great home for the weekend getaway!

This is a very nice home that is close to the beach. There are lots of amenities that make the stay very fun and special. We look forward to staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The area is quiet and the weather was perfect. This house is close to Pismo and the beach. The Host was very friendly.

Stayed there and played golf for 3 days at area courses. This house is comfortable, quiet, and close to all things in the Central coast area.

Ideal location

We live in Santa Rosa and arranged to meet our son, who lives in LA, somewhere along the Central Coast. This place is a great location, not far from the beach and close to SLOtown. The place is comfortable, spacious and quiet.

Great weekend getaway!

Loved our stay at the Pelican House. It was very clean and well stocked. The beds were super comfy anf neighborhood so quiet at night. The firepit was so nice to gather round in the evening. So nice the dogs were welcomed. TJ was a great communicator and super responsive. Close Location to Grover and Pismo beaches was an added bonus. Would most definitely come back!!

Fabulous!

We stayed at TJ’s place as we were visiting family in Pismo. The home is super clean, beautifully decorated with the Pelican theme and stocked with all the essentials and more! The natural lighting throughout the home is lovely. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property with everything you could want

The property was exactly as described, and had even more nice extra amenities than we could have imagined. We loved our time there and both the house and the outdoor space was perfect for two couples and our dog. TJ was very responsive even though we only had one minor question. Awesome place!

T.J. was a wonderful host. Everything was as advertised. The home is clean, well stocked, and conveniently located. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend this place.

Great Stay

The Pelican House was a wonderful place to stay. TJ our host made it very welcoming for us and the amenities were above and beyond what we expected. There was very quick access to the beaches. We loved having a pass that TJ provided to drive on the beach for many beautiful sunsets and sitting by the fires and telling ghosts stories on Pawpaw’s birthday with our grandchildren. 😊

Wonderful place in quiet neighborhood

My extended weekend to visit family got blasted by an emergency remote work project that consumed almost all my time. The silver lining, besides how wonderful my sister was, was this was a perfect place to stay. The place was immaculate, comfortable and adorable. We were close enough to family to join for meals. Beds were comfy and kitchen and bath well appointed. Owner was a dream to work with. Hope to be back.

Perfect VRBO

Stayed the weekend to visit some family in the area. House was very well kept, clean, and furnished very nicely. Great backyard for dogs to wonder. BBQ grill was top of the line. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. One of the nicest, if not the nicest VRBO’s we have stayed in. Would highly recommend to friends and family and would like to stay again when back in the area. Pleasant Stay at Pelican House

Lovely two bedroom cottage provided everything necessary for a pleasant stay within a short drive of great beaches. Attached garage gives covered parking. Minor noise factor (motorcycles, trucks, chainsaws) at certain times during the day, but not at night. TJ, the property manager, was great. Price was right, too. We'd stay there again.

Great Place for Weekend Getaway

We visited with 3 of us adults. Two dogs were here and the place couldnt have been more perfect. A decent sized backyard allowed the dogs to play a bit and safely go to the bathroom. TJ was a fantastic host... very communicative and allowed us an early checkin and slightly later checkout. beach pass, wine, and overall cleanliness was the extra above and beyond that we all loved. Thank you Tj!

Lovely 2 bedroom house with enclosed yardspace

The property was more beatiful than advertised. Private entrance from alley. Garage parking for two + 2 more on the side. Owners were friendly and a joy to work with. We were welcomed with fresh baked cookies and bannanas. The house was clean and fully equipped with all you need to enjoy your stay. Two bicycles were also available for our use. Our puppies enjoyed sunning in the fully enclosed yard. Will definately visit again in the future!

This two-legged and four-legged family were a delight to have here at our rental unit. Very clean and respectful of property and houserules. Thank you so much for starting the dishwasher before you left! We welcome this family back at anytime and hope we become a part of a tradition for them:)
