Please understand, we are in close proximity to open fields & desert areas. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to: raccoon, skunk, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, bugs, roaches, rolly pollies, and silver fish to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control mother nature, and therefore, do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.
Car is recommended but Uber is an option as well. Traffic patterns vary greatly.

!!! DO NOT STAY !!! Unless you like cringy areas and a low budget property...
This property is located in a neighborhood that appeared sketchy and did not present itself as comfortable to be in. Upon turning into the driveway, my family had an immediate bad feeling just looking at the house. The driveway was cracked and the chain-linked fence was damaged and looked as if someone could easily step through it to get to the backyard. With the front door, you could literally see the damage and holes where another door was connected before, along with the peeling paint.
When we entered the house, we immediately smelled the odor of a stale, older home. The owner must have known it smelled like that from the numerous air fresheners and plug-ins. It was very drafty throughout the house and very outdated. You could hear the sound of traffic from every part of the property. The only "modern" updates appeared to be the refrigerator and TVs. Everything else was a disappointment. Was literally there only 10 mins and contacted the owner to cancel.
