The master offers a queen bed with an attached bath. The second bedroom hosts a queen bed and the third bedroom, perfect for kids, offers two sets of bunk beds. Each roomy bedroom offers soft linens and will certainly provide a restful night’s sleep. The sleek bathrooms are also sure to impress with plenty of space to tidy up for the night. For those needing to check in with the office, a study just off the main living and kitchen provides the perfect work space. With leather furniture, pops of color ,and Hill Country views, this space provides quiet and comfortable space to work in.

Explore New Braunfels and Gruene just down the road, each boasting fabulous restaurants and music venues. The 200+ shops at the San Marcos Outlet can fill an entire day, and don’t forget to bless the kids with a visit to Schlitterbahn Water Park or Landa Park, where they can swim, slide, run, and hike until they’re spent.

Blanco has several attractions for outdoorsmen, history buffs, and foodies. Blanco State Park offers fishing, swimming, and hiking. For those interested in the Old West, the Buggy Barn has over 140 restored covered wagons. Real Ale Brewing Company offers guided tours and a taproom tasting experience.
Farther down the road is historic Fredericksburg and its numerous wineries, all within a few miles of each other. Stroll the grounds and dip into as many as you please.
