Don't forget to check out South Mountain Park and Preserve, the largest municipal park in the nation!

Great stay

The condo was beautiful, clean and big. Everything we needed was in the condo. Well stocked. I loved the decor. The view of the pool was very nice and relaxing, as well. It was located and walkable to many restuarants and shops. The Scottsdale Quarters, etc. The host was quick to answer any question I had. No complaints for this place. I'd stay again. Loved it.

"We wanted to solve traveler’s demands for comfortable high-end accommodations, in prime locations with the added "home-like" feel. From foster care to CEO: Jia has been working in real estate her entire career. She was in senior management in the mortgage services industry by the age of 20, then an AVP of a mortgage firm at 27, and not long after that a Vice President of Operations at an Asset Management company in Scottsdale AZ. She had done what many people aspire to do: climb the corporate ladder. After 25 years in executive positions she decided to do what she loved most, meet great people from all over the world, be her own boss & enjoy life with her children.

She then started Palacio Properties. She was always naturally drawn to the hospitality industry, to creating a "home-like" feel for her guests. She used her skills in automating processes to create a solid, customer-centric infrastructure complimented by luxurious, comfortable living spaces dedicated specifically to traveling guests.
