This lovely three-bedroom townhome has great ocean views from the main living space on the second level. Two decks on the protected backside of the home plus an ocean-view deck in the front bring the outdoors in easy reach. Inside, one queen bedroom doubles as a bonus room with couches and a flat-screen TV. You'll love the custom details on the upper floor, with its gas fireplace, cathedral ceiling, contemporary furnishings, and flat-screen Smart TV/DVD. Great stay!

We had a wonderful time in this rental. It is surprisingly spacious for a duplex. It would be great for a larger group, but was more than enough for our small family. We are definitely interested in staying here again.

Perfect for a weekend 👌

The house is very cute and was very clean when we arrived. The check in process was seamless. We were able to get a hold of management when we needed them. They handled the matter very professionally. I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely, well appointmented home in nice neighborhood

This was a nice house, kind of a different set up, but no complaints. The beach is close, but it's a very hilly neighborhood, so if you want to walk keep that in mind. The house is 2 minutes drive from a public parking area with a bathroom. The house was very clean and comfy.

Thanksgiving with the fam.

After the heater broke down on the lower half of the house during freezing temps and the maxi pad stuck to the wall in the master bedroom covering a camera or something it was good. Outside of my family freezing downstairs and no response from the management company, even after the holiday.

Nice family get together

We loved the stay. I do have one complaint of the pictures you see on the site. They show an access to the beach and ocean view. Neither one was there. We had to drive to a spot to get to the beach. Please update those or write a summary for the pictures. We love the stay. We will definitely be staying in more homes with this company.

Close to the beach, mostly clean, great place to stay for the weekend!

This house was great for our weekend stay. There is beach access within walking distance if you don't mind hills. Driving to the beach is also reasonable. There is (limited) parking near the closest beach access. The house was mostly clean, but missing a few essentials: there were no sponges or dish soap upon arrival. I messaged the property managers and didn't receive any response. When I called them, they sent over house-keeping to give us what we were missing right away.

Neglect

I wouldn’t stay here! One bed was so broken down you couldn’t even sleep on it. It had an awful smell and very smoky smell. Not taken care of at all. Very neglected piece of property.

Musty & smelld like animal urine

We brought our Mom, kids, & grandkids. No place to sit & mingle. Couch & 3 chairs were uncomfortable. Onl6 other seating is the dinning table & chairs, all hardwood. House smelled badly of a musty smell mixed with dog urine. Flaired up allergies & a migraine. Had to buy air fresheners to hang in downstairs room , carpet freshner & spray air freshener. Slider doors & patio door, very hard to open, if they open. This home is not sound proof at all! Downstairs can hear every footstep, chair, cabinet open, talking etc. It made putting a toddler down for a nap, impossible.

Attached are photos of some items that were damaged upon arrival, also what took place most of our vacation days. We were not able to enjoy our family time or places we planned to go due to waiting for maintenance person to arrive & did not the first time requested (Friday). I waited the second time on the following day (Saturday) which he did arrive but was not able to resolve the wifi & internet issues. He called Spectrum tech support to come in on Sunday. Also had Spectrum tech support guys working in & around the rental unit on Sunday from approx. 8 am to 12:30 noon when we finally were able to have internet for our cellphones, tablets & also wifi for smart TV with cable satellite channels which was included in our rental agreement. Besides the wifi & internet not being connected upon arrival date. There were other issues with this rental. Restrooms shower had dispensers for shampoo and conditioner but no products within them. The kitchen didn't have extra trash bags or dish soap. Microwave planel came unglued while cooking. Living room furniture (pale green chairs) were stained. On check out day we stripped down the bedding as requested. We noticed in the upstairs bedroom mattress had urine stains. It was a disaster. Our family vacation was ruined. I definitely will not be recommend this rental to family or friends.

The house it self was nice, but every bed had a lumpy bumpy mattress. It was listed as sleeping 10, but only slept 7, very uncomfortably! One person in our group had to sleep on the floor, and another in their car. Not as listed at all.
Couldn't get out of chairs after being sucked in.
Best of all mattresses
Supposed to sleep 2 people.
