Cheerful 4BR Chalet with Seasonal Pool

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This four bedroom home is fully furnished to be a home away from home, making this place perfect for a quick weekend trips from the city, family getaways, or to work remotely for an extended-stay!

Guests have access to the ENTIRE house with seasonal private pool, large deck and fire pit!

•Seasonal private pool (closed October through April, weather permitting*)

•Ample driveway parking

•Situated 1/2 way back from road on a one-acre parcel of land

•Firepit ring on property with wood available for additional fee. Let us know before arrival if you`d like us to provide wood, you can also bring your own.

The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for fresh cooked meals during your stay. Guests can use the refrigerator and stock with their own groceries. The electric flat-top stove and oven are professionally cleaned and ready for use.

Guests have private access to the entire 4 bedroom house including kitchen.

Pool is SEASONAL, only opened mid May-Mid September weather permitting.

There is a washer/dryer but it is only accessible for guests staying over 1 week. Short term rentals will not have access.

Host availability: You’ll have fast, friendly support via the app/messages throughout your stay.
Response time: We typically respond quickly and prioritize anything that impacts comfort (heat/AC, hot water, entry, safety).
Privacy respected: We won’t drop by during your stay unless you request help or there’s an urgent property issue.
Starter set provided: Basic supplies to get you going (toilet paper, soap, trash bags, etc.). For longer stays, you may want to restock.

-Dogs are welcome for a fee of $50 per pet per day. Please inform us at the time of booking if you will be bringing a dog.
After booking, guests must authorize a security deposit or pay a damage waiver.

House Rules:
Pre-Check-in Requirement: For security and verification purposes, we require all primary guests to submit a clear photo or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver`s license, passport) before we can send check-in details. This is a standard procedure and helps ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone.
No Smoking: Smoking (including vaping/e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the unit and all common areas. A cleaning fee of at least $250 will be charged for any violation.
No Firearms: For the safety and security of all guests and the property, the possession of firearms or any other weapons is strictly prohibited on the premises.
No parties or events—let’s keep things low-key and relaxed.
No drugs or illicit behavior—safety and respect for everyone are key.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am—we strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.
Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.
Failure to report an issue directly to us first, to give us the opportunity to rectify, will nullify any subsequent claims or complaints made to any booking platform.
Check-out: Check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs will be subject to a fee.
Damages: Please report any accidental damage immediately. Guests are responsible for the cost of repairs for damages caused during their stay.
Toilet paper only in the toilet—keeps the plumbing happy!

Age Requirement:
Guests must be 21 years or older.

Location Requirement:
We don’t rent to local residents of Pittsburgh – this helps us maintain a vacation-friendly atmosphere.

Fee Schedule:
$500 for removing any or all guests/occupants.
$500 for excessive noise.
$500 for smoking.
$500 for breaking any house rules.
$1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects.
$50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out.
$50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests.

We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.
