Inside, the home offers wide-open living spaces and large bedrooms. It also

has lots of extras like complimentary WiFi, flat-screen TVs in each bedroom

and washer and dryer.



Massive sliding glass doors in the living room frame the view of the pool and

lush trees behind the home. A large sectional couch has room for everyone to

watch the flat-screen TV. Send the kids to the garage-turned-game room where

they’ll be entertained for hours playing pool, foosball and air hockey.

Upstairs in the loft area, it’s movie time on the projection screen.



From cooking newbies to experiences chefs, any cooks in the family will

appreciate the gourmet kitchen. The granite counters provide plenty of prep

space while the stainless appliances make cooking a breeze. Belly up to the

kitchen island for an easy breakfast or enjoy a more formal meal at the

10-person dining table.



On the main level, the first bedroom has an airy feel with high ceilings and a

big picture window. It comes with a king bed and en-suite bathroom with double

sinks. Refined style and posh decor make up the second bedroom with a

queenbed. The same cool stylings carry over into the third bedroom.



In the fourth bedroom, pops of blue on the king bed lend a contemporary feel

and the en-suite bathroom offers extra privacy and space. The fifth bedroom

comes with two twin beds and the sixth has a twin-over-full bunk beds; both

are perfect for kids with their fun decor and bright colors.



There is a king bed in the seventh bedroom, two twins in the eighth bedroom,

and a king bed in the ninth bedroom to round out the sleeping spaces.



Solterra Resort features a breathtaking resort style pool and amenities center

with easy access to Interstate 4. There are 2 Publix supermarket shopping

centers within a 5 minute drive and plenty of dining options. It is about a 25

- 30 minute drive to Universal Studios and SeaWorld and less than 20 minutes

to Walt Disney World.



Optional pool heat is available for $45/day (4 days minimum). We would

recommend adding pool heat to your reservation between the months of November

and April. Optional BBQ/Grill is $130 one time fee with one propane included.
