This private two-bedroom condo with coastal flair features a 1390 square foot open floor plan plus balcony. When you walk through the front door, you’ll notice the unit is beautifully furnished throughout. The spacious kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is equipped with everything you will need to prepare full-course meals during your stay. The kitchen also features a coffee bar vanity. The inviting dining and living areas offer comfortable seating for the entire family and a 65-inch smart TV. The private balcony is accessed via the living area so you can sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the Intracoastal waterway.

The Main Bedroom offers a king size bed, 55-inch smart TV, a desk overlooking the water, a walk-in closet, and private balcony access. Attached is a full bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a queen size bed as well as a twin size, triple bunk bed and a smart TV. There is a second full bathroom just across the hall with a tub/shower combo. All beds have memory foam mattresses. Please note: There is not an elevator at this property.
