* Pool Heat available for an additional $25.00 per night (+ processing fee) for the duration of the stay.



* Stay in Guests are strictly maxed to 10 people.



*Smoke detectors are installed throughout the property.



*Strictly No Pets allowed. Penalty applies.



* STRICTLY NO LOUD PARTIES ALLOWED. Penalty fees will apply if rule is not followed.

*Alcohol and drugs are also not allowed, and a $5000 penalty fee will apply to guests that violate this policy.



The pool heated is available for the guest. There's an early check-in fee of

$100. There is also a late check-out fee $100 per hour after the scheduled

check-out time (10 AM).



There are 5 bikes and no go carts please.
