Great place to stay

We absolutely enjoyed staying at this condo. The pools were amazing and very close to where we stayed. Very clean and updated accommodations I would highly recommend this place. Close to shopping, restaurants and casinos. Quiet and relaxing. I will definitely come back.

Palm Springs stay

We enjoyed each having our own sleeping arrangements. We used the pool but wish weather was warmer. Good amenities with pool tennis and pickle ball.

Tennis courts, pool and hot tub very close by, everything one would need at a condo. Note, the 2nd bedroom is a full, but there is a sleeper sofa available.

Terrific Home Base

We stayed 4 nights at this terrific spot in Palm Springs ... two couples of a friends quick pre-Christmas break! Everything perfect. The place is very well-equipped, beds are comfortable, kitchen and grill were fun, and the location couldn't be better for what we needed. We'll definitely book again if our paths lead us to Palm Springs!

Great stay in Palm Springs

The property was as advertised. Nicely furnished and decorated. Comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms! Good facilities, plenty of kitchen tools, washing machine etc. A 10 minute drive to most places. We didn’t get to use the pool because it rained for us but it looked nice. We would stay there again! Loved loved loved Palm Springs!

Very Nice

We enjoyed our stay. Location was great. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Only wish the listing had indicated that both bedrooms were upstairs. Stairs are a bit steep which made going up and down a bit challenging for seniors.

The perfect getaway property

This beautiful condo was just as advertised. Very clean and bright with an ample supply of everything you need. The location in the community was perfect - right across from the tennis court, warm pool and hot tub - all of which are set in a quiet park- like setting. We will be back!

Updated condo in beautiful community

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautifully updated. The kitchen was very well-stocked with high quality pots/pans/appliances. The beds were comfortable. We loved having access to pools, hot tub, and tennis/pickleball courts, equipment for which was available in the townhouse. The location was convenient for what we wanted to see--Indian Canyons Park, Joshua Tree National Park, downtown Palm Springs. Trader Joe's was close by for groceries. We'd highly recommend.

Floors not clean , dog hair found and there not supposed be dogs

Pillows were in comfortable, TV small in living room and master bedroom, over charge for the quality of the place , had to vacuum the place and mop the floors , could not get barbecue to light ,

We use a professional cleaning company that does a thorough job of preparing the home between guests and would have been happy to send our cleaning service over to address any concerns, but were not given the opportunity to. We encourage guests to reach out to us while they are in residence with any issues so that we can address any concerns quickly for a most comfortable stay - we are available to you 24/7. As for pet hair, this is the first time a guest has provided this feedback. We will also collaborate with our cleaning team. We stand by their work and commitment to ensuring the property is guest-ready. From previous guests, we've received glowing reviews and comments as we do all we can to make the best possible stay and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Great stay and great location

We spent a long weekend (Thursday-Tuesday) over MLK weekend in PSP. We have been to PSP 5 of the last 6 years, but always stayed with friends in La Quinta. This time we stayed on our own and invited another set of friends to come stay with us. We are all still working, but also testing out places we may want to spend extended time during the winter months in the future. Our stay in this large townhome was great. The beds are comfortable. There is plenty of space and it is well located (a 10 min drive) to downtown PSP. The kitchen has a coffee good ole Mr. Coffee style coffeemaker. We did buy paper filters as it’s easier and work better than the metal filter. Other kitchen items will get you by. We appreciated the well stocked TP/Paper towels/Laundry soap. We had a couple of questions, but the Evolve folks answered them with a quick text exchange. There is a golf course very close by - Tahquitz Creek. My husband played and said it was very nice. We had a bit of rain (south end of atmospheric river) but it did not dampen our spirits. Thanks for the great accommodations!

Plenty of room. A couple of questions were asked, promptly answered. Loved the location. Comfy beds. Very clean! The coffee maker requires preground coffee. Would be helpful if there was an electric grinder.

Great family place to stay in Palm Springs

Whilst modest from the outside, the inside is tastefully decorated, well furnished and equipped and the beds very comfortable. It seemed it was 10 minutes from most places we wanted to be in any direction (a car is definitely helpful). Close to Target/Trader Joes and Boomers where you can get a round of mini golf in! A safe gated community. We did not have the opportunity to try the pool or tennis courts but both looked to be good and very close to the house. We would most certainly stay again if we were in town.

Post holiday break

Property very clean and well supplied. The community gate was not so convenient for visitors but easy to operate. Location a bit far from the main downtown but very quiet and comfortable.
