This custom built home located in the Peaks Village is an ideal spot for your next trip to the Bethel and Sunday River area. Located just up the road from the Matterhorn Ski Bar and restaurant and just 2.7 miles from the base lodge at Sunday River you`ll be where you want to be in minutes. Enter the home and find a gear storage area designed for skiers in mind with industrial sized boot/glove dryer and plenty of cubbies for bag storage. Cathedral ceilings in the great room offer floor to ceiling mountain views like no other and a floor to ceiling stone fireplace. The kitchen is designed for the chef of the family, with an oversized island with seating for guests to gather around at the end of a day. Located directly off the main level is an oversized hot tub with views of the slopes. Rounding out the main level is the primary suite with private fireplace and en-suite bath and custom shower. Head upstairs and you will find two additional suites with private baths, and a loft area for soaking in the views and overflow sleeping. The lower levels offers a media and game room, as well as a bunk room with custom bunk beds and an additional bedroom and bath. The summer is a beautiful time to visit the Sunday River area as well. This unique mountain property offers everything you could imagine.

To enjoy your trip to this mountainside property, 4WD may be required during snowy months.

Linens / Toiletries
Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided.

Outdoor Grill
The property is equipped with an outdoor grill and a propane tank is provided. If the tank needs to be refilled or exchanged during a stay, propane can be swapped out at a local convenience store in Bethel village.

Traditional drip coffee maker & Keurig coffee maker are provided. Bringing coffee/filters is recommended.
