Carlos Pointe 324 is an updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath gulf-front vacation condo located just at the southernmost tip of tropical Fort Myers Beach, with views covering Big Carlos Pass and the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is bright and airy, decorated in a beachy motif, and has plantation shutters throughout. There is a wide sandy beach at your doorstep and several miles of white sugar sand beach beyond that. This location also provides the choice of exiting the area via the less traffic-congested Bonita Springs rather than the northern route through Fort Myers Beach. RSW International Airport is about a 40 minute drive, and Naples and its fine shopping and restaurants are also within an easy 30 minute drive. Amenities at this resort include a gulf-front heated pool with an indoor lobby, and at the southeast end of the building, an area has been set aside with gas grills. There is a trolley stop right in front of the building that runs north to the Times Square area with its wide variety of boutiques and restaurants, and south to Lovers Key State Park and its pristine beaches. Flippers, an award-winning waterfront restaurant, is just across the bridge at Lovers Key Resort. Kayak and jet ski rentals are available, as well as dolphin tours and sunset cruises around Estero Bay to the Gulf of Mexico. Condo amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, complimentary WiFi, cable TV, all linens and towels, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
On arrival there is ample parking and a secure lobby elevator will take you to the third floor above the parking level. Enter into a foyer and the open plan kitchen, dining, and living areas. There is tile flooring throughout. The kitchen has plenty of granite counter space and a tray ceiling with indirect lighting. A stacked washer and dryer set is in the kitchen as well behind louvered doors. Appliances are all stainless steel and include a refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker, a glass top 5-burner range with a self-cleaning oven, a built-in above-range microwave oven, and a dishwasher. There is a stainless steel sink with a disposal and a pass-through bar in the dining area. Everything is provided to whip up a full-course meal if desired, or just to make coffee and toast in the morning. The adjacent dining area has a table seating up to six and a buffet. This flows into the living room which is nicely furnished with a queen sleeper sofa and matching loveseat. Opposite the seating area is a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide access to the screened-in furnished balcony with a view of the resort pool below, Big Carlos Pass, Lover's Key, and the Gulf of Mexico.
The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is very nicely furnished with a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The bedroom has sliding glass doors to the balcony. The private bathroom has a nicely tiled combination tub/shower with glass doors and updated rain shower head and body sprays. The guest bedroom is nicely furnished with two single beds, a nightstand and lamp, and ample closet space. The en-suite bathroom has a linen closet and a very nicely tiled walk-in shower with sliding glass doors and an updated rain shower-head with body sprays.
