Welcome to 48 Mansion Ave at Sunday River.
New to our fleet this year, Birch View is an experience; even the setting is impressive. The way the home is built into ledges, with large boulders surrounding the exterior leaves a grand impression. You'll love everything about this one from the panoramic view of Sunday River, the furniture, the built-in bunk beds; even the floor plan is something to marvel at.
Mansion Ave is located off of the Sunday River access road and positions its residences to benefit from breathtaking views of the slopes from their perches above the valley.
Upon your approach to the home, you will pass by the Artist's covered bridge, numerous trail access points and local swimming holes. Located within 10 minutes of the Welcome Center of Sunday River, access to the resort is direct and easy.
Birch View is located at the end of Mansion Ave with a steep approach and rewarding views.
Through the main entrance of the house, you are greeted by an attractive, tiled mudroom. The radiant heat makes a warm area for you to sit and remove your winter gear. Custom-built cubbies are built-in and will keep your gear organized and dry throughout your stay.
Into the great room and kitchen, you will find soaring ceilings which are accentuated with a dark, contrasting stain and custom lighting. The dining room flows from the kitchen and is surrounded by the magnificent fireplace, views across the valley, and an intimate seating area by the deck.
This gourmet kitchen is not only easy to cook in, but it's fun. Open to the entire main area, the chef in your group will feel part of the party while they prepare meals surrounded by barstools, the dining table, and extra seats for friends and family to gather. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, utensils, and serve-wear. Meals together will likely be one of the highlights of your stay as you unwind in front of the fireplace and watch the groomers work away on the ski slopes across the valley.
There is a bonus room on the lower level for those looking for a different way to unwind. Games and electronics are available and will keep you entertained regardless of your age. This space has its own bathroom and walk-out egress beneath the deck. This separate space will prove beneficial for groups with some members that stay up later into the evenings as it is away from the great room and primary bedroom.
