The authenticity of the house is true to ski country with custom log construction, cathedral ceilings, an open floor plan and an outdoor hot tub. The wrap-around farmer's porch is covered on one side and offers a perfect space for gathering on warmer nights.

Located along the Sunday River Access Road, Franklin Road is a safe, private road that locals refer to as the “log cabin road.” The three log homes built here are iconic and if you have skied Sunday River before, you've likely marveled at this house.

The interior of the home is upgraded with granite countertops, a gas range, stainless steel appliances and custom rustic finishes. The tasteful cabin décor and the comfortable floor plan make this an enjoyable place to return to after a day spent enjoying the outdoors.

On the main level, you will find the master suite furnished with a king-sized bed, bureau and walk-in closet. The bathroom is arranged with a standing shower. The open living room, dining room, and kitchen are positioned to encompass the mountain views through the cathedral windows and this space includes a beautiful fireplace that can be appreciated throughout the common space of the main level.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms. The first is furnished with two twin beds in one room and one queen-sized bed in the second room. Both bedrooms have large closets and share a full bathroom.

The lower level is an expansive rec room. You will appreciate having an entertaining space to play pin pong, watch a movie and access the hot tub. Additional sleeping capacity is available on the ground level with two queen size beds and two twin beds for our guests.

Snow removal: All our homes are contracted with various snow removal companies in the area. This includes plow service and snow shoveling for decks and harder to reach areas.

Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking.
