The space
There is a beautiful open planned living and kitchen area, and outdoor decking area.
Your single room has it's own bathroom facilities (as shown in image), with separate backdoor entry for ease of access.
Guest access
Private entry, bedroom, living, bathroom, etc.

Adjoining apartment (two houses side by side with joining door) has access to the main kitchen and will have access to the main kitchen on your side, once or twice a day.
Washing machine and cooking facilities (except ovens) can be use. Washing limited to one load per week or two done back to back per fortnight.

Other things to note
Use of ovens, dishwasher and bath (unless its a double room with the semi-private front bathroom) not permitted. No shoes or water/ dragging of bags or items on floors. No smoking inside. Washing machine use limited to once per week, or two loads a fortnight.

*No unregistered guests (security cameras are insralled to front and back for your safety).

**Please note, the rate for a covid isolation stay is 30% higher as I do not have access to check on the place daily, and there is an additional $70 to the cleaning fee as k take special precautions and do not book the place out for another guest for three days after check out for airing out and a double deep clean.
