With multiple Decks facing the Water, just imagine sipping your morning coffee while watching Herons, Eagles, and Egrets fish for their morning meal - so peaceful. In the backyard you’ll find a Private Pier and Floating Dock over the Gut - the kids will have a blast Crabbing, and the Floating Dock makes launching your Kayak super easy. And out front, you'll find a Brand New Private Pier right on the Chincoteague Bay!

Wandering upstairs, Colors of Sand and Sea will warmly welcome you into this stunning Custom Home. You’ll love relaxing in the Living Area with Flat Screen Streaming TV and rich furnishings. The Chef in your family will adore the Kitchen with Stainless Appliances and gleaming Quartz Countertops. It’s well-stocked and ready for family mealtime. Grab a quick bite at the Breakfast Nook before hitting the Beach, or dine in the luxurious Dining Area and take in lovely Views. Just off the Living Area, you’ll also find a Sunroom just begging for Happy Hour with a fun Surfboard Bar, tons of Games to enjoy, and absolutely breathtaking Water Views.

The Porpoise of Life sleeps 6 more than comfortably with 3 Bedrooms and 3 Full Baths. On the 1st Floor, Bedroom 1 has a comfy Queen Bed decked out in Nautical Navy and Crisp Red, and has a Flat Screen Streaming TV. There’s a Full Bath with Tub/Shower Combo convenient to this Bedroom and the Living Area.

On the 2nd Floor, you’ll find 2 luxurious Bedrooms - a Master and a Junior Master - both with King Beds, Flat Screen Streaming TV, and Private Master Baths with Double Vanities and Walk-in Showers. Bedroom 2 also has access to a Private Water View Balcony with lounging furniture and awesome Views. The Junior Master has a rustic Coastal Appeal with rich grays and browns, reminiscent of a stroll on the Boardwalk.
