Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the beauty and peacefulness of the cottage and found communication with our team to be easy throughout your stay. Guest feedback helps us continually improve the property while providing a comfortable, welcoming, and transparent experience for all. We also appreciate your understanding that, at the time your reservation was made, the hot tub was not included in the property description, listing photos, or advertised amenities, as it has been unavailable due to maintenance since February 2026.
