Please note: This property is in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Thank you for respecting your neighbors, keeping the noise down, and not having any parties.
Welcome to The Salty Lady a gorgeous oceanfront house. She is a true Southern Lady of the Ocean, making your vacation a noble experience. The moment you walk through her custom front door, you are enveloped in dramatic views of the Atlantic Ocean. She will treat you to not only striking views, but granite counter tops, high end appliances, comfortable yet stylish furniture, surround sound speakers, and extensive upgrades such as water purification throughout the whole house. Her main floor features an expansive great room and oceanfront sunroom; large dream kitchen; spacious dining room; 10 ft. ceilings; hardwood floors throughout, and gloriously large windows. Oversized porches on both sides and over 4000 sq ft of living space make it easy to entertain, enjoy family time, or spread out for quiet enjoyment of the tranquility and views.
Upstairs she boasts a large laundry room and 4 bedrooms, 3 having direct access to an oceanfront deck. Each guest bedroom has its own private bath. The main bedroom, fit for royalty, features a spa-like in-suite bath with custom tilework, dual vanities, glass walk-in shower, heated floor, electronic blinds, a walk-in closet, and a large jet tub.
Outside areas feature a newly installed 6-person Seasonal Hot Tub, two large oceanfront decks, a covered front porch with plenty of seating, and a ground floor lanai for dining or lounging, a spacious outdoor shower, and a propane grill. There is plenty of parking both in the driveway and under the home, and a wooden walkway right out to the beach. The Hot Tub is open October through the end of April for Adult only guest use.
Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, delightfully eclectic community with lots of restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, and of course, miles of gorgeous beach front. We are located just a short 25-minute car ride from historic downtown Charleston, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. The communities around Charleston are equally fun to explore with parks, antique stores, dining, and music. There is a public boat ramp with parking only 0.5 miles away. The area is certain to have something for everyone... a beautiful beach, watching dolphins play, surfing, fishing, boating, historical sites, gardens, shopping, golf, kayaking, paddle boarding; the choices are limitless.

We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
This property is 15 miles to Downtown Charleston and 23 miles to the Charleston Airport. There is plenty of parking both in the driveway and under the house.
You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property and this is a non-smoking property.
Contactless Check-In: This home is equipped with a keyless entry system and a door code will be provided prior to your arrival date. Check-in time: 4PM; Check-out time: 10AM.
Folly Beach has a noise ordinance starting at 10PM that applies to private residences. Please be mindful of your neighbors. House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office.
A 50% payment is required when placing your reservation online, with the remaining 50% automatically charged to the card on file 60 days before your check-in date. If you are booking a reservation withing 60 days of your arrival date, the other 50% of your reservation will be charged within the next business day.

If the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund.
