Elk Creek Condos is located in the Grand Park neighborhood, 3 minutes from the town of Winter Park and only 10 minutes from the Winter Park Resort! Enjoy being in close proximity to breweries & restaurants while enjoying modern condo living in the middle of the Rocky Mountains. This new spacious condo has a lot to offer with two bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a den with an office desk and a pull-out couch – this gives a family or small group of friends the retreat everyone desperately needs!
Elk Creek Condos Unit B102 has a modern mountain design with modern technology like Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms, WIFI, a smart lock for keyless entry, and elegant yet comfortable furniture for you to come home to and relax!
Located on the first floor of building B, as you walk in you'll find a coat area with a bench to take your boots or hiking shoes off. To the right, you'll find the closet with a washer and dryer, a bedroom with two full beds, and a complete bathroom to the left.
As you walk further down the hall, you'll discover the open kitchen including stainless steel appliances, large granite countertops, a deep sink with a dishwasher close by, and everything you'll need to cook an inviting meal. A drip coffee maker with a starter pack of coffee and teas is provided to get your day started!
Across from the dining table, you'll find the den/office space where you can set your laptop up and stay updated with your work emails. Included is a couch that pulls out into a full bed (bedding and pull-out sheets are located in the master closet).
Further down the hall, you'll walk into the very private main bedroom featuring a king-size bed with plush pillows, a 50" smart TV, a large closet, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Draw the shades down in the evening so you can sleep in the following morning and not be bothered.
Connected to the kitchen and dining area is the main living area, where you can relax on one of two leather couches, plenty of room for every guest! The large smart TV is located above a gas fireplace for warmth and comfort no matter what time of year!
Just off the living area, you'll find a large patio area with a gas grill and large hot tub that is professionally maintained for use year-round.
Park up to two cars close to the unit and walk directly from your car to the unit, no walking up any stairs is required! There is also a one-car garage to keep the snow off your car during the winter months.
This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected.
