Nestled near Elk Creek in the Cozens Point community of Fraser, this ground-floor 2BR/2BA mountain condo is the perfect home base for your Winter Park adventure during every season. Hop on the shuttle (just outside your door) to the ski lifts or explore nearby hiking and biking trails. Main Street is also a quick drive or walk away!

Find ample space to relax in the open living area, furnished with a sofa, recliner, and two armchairs. Watch your favorite shows on the 60-inch cable smart TV, or curl up with a book by the gas fireplace. The chef in your group will appreciate the newly appointed kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. The open kitchen and dining space offer a great flow for entertaining. Find seating for six at the dining table, or sip morning coffee at the kitchen island with seating for two.

The primary suite features a king bed, a 35-inch TV, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a TV. A second bathroom has a jetted tub/shower combination. Take in breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountain landscape from the covered deck furnished with four chairs, a bistro table, and a grill. Complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, and Pack 'n Play are provided.

Nestled in the heart of Fraser just 5 miles north of the Winter Park ski area, you'll love being within walking distance of several dining and shopping options and 1.5 miles from the Main Street hub of Winter Park's commercial area. Drive four minutes to the Fraser Tubing Hill. Hiking and biking trails abound in the area. Fish in the Fraser River or explore one of the many trails in the surrounding Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests.

Winter Park at Summer End

We selected the property as a base of operations celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. Great location to RMNP and other attractions. Condo could use a fan to help cool off during the nighttime, but very nice accommodations.

Great place

This place was great! We loved the town home. The master bedroom was comfortable. The two bathrooms for our families was perfect. No complaints at all. Enjoyed the Wii A LOT! We had our two year old with us, and this was extremely kid friendly! Thank you we loved our time in Winter Park and the town home was perfect.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You should not expect guests to supply toilet paper and dish washer soap. We were told that only 2 rolls of toilet paper could be supplied. That may suffice for a 2-3 day stay, but not for an 8 day stay.

It is not designed to be an unlimited supply but, rather, to get a typical reservation through a weekend or get folks started so that they can enjoy their arrival days, take inventory, and pick up whatever else is needed to get them through their trip as needed. Prior to each stay, we stock dish soap, laundry detergent, a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, a dish brush to wash dishes, a few trash bags, dishwasher detergent, bar soap, and the standard bathroom amenities you might find in a hotel. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice and clean place. The lighting is very dark though. The condo is backed up to a very busy train track. The trains would go buy 3-5 times in the middle of the night. We didn’t not sleep much on your trip due to the loud noise. I would not recommend this place if you’re trying to sleep and relax.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was great for our family of 4. Loved having the garage to store our kayaks and still had 2 parking places for our cars. I would not recommend this place for small children as the carpet is worn and has lots of nails sticking out going into the master bath and around the kitchen. We thought the patio door lock was broken but you have to lift the handle and then lock it. Just thought I would put that so the next person doesn’t have the same issue.

Could have been great but wasn’t!

When we arrived it was a cloudy afternoon. A car was parked in the driveway blocking to garage. Called property manager and it took over 2 hours to get car moved. Very poor lighting hid the fact the place had not recently been cleaned. Dust accumulation, drinking glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, and plates were not clean. Property manager stated by text message they would rectify that day, I replied tomorrow would be fine, however no one followed thru with rectifying the issues!

Noisy Hot Tub Above Bedroom

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental property has a good view and location but should really be described as having only one bedroom. Unfortunately, there is a property above this one with a hot tub directly positioned above one of the two bedrooms. The hot tub motor is very loud and runs virtually non-stop making it impossible to have a restful night's sleep. This should be called out in the online description. The mattresses in both bedrooms (except bunk beds) sag badly and need to be replaced. Lastly, window latches need repaired as many are broken and make it difficult to fully close.

Good unit. Not so good management communications.

2 week stay. On third day sent a list of challenges with the unit - some that the homeowner should be aware of (like a broken garage keypad) and some that negatively impacted the stay (like a non functioning ice maker and missing remote batteries) but no response. Nice unit and pleasant stay overall.

The best vacation ever!!!! Very kid friendly

We LOVED our stay!!!! My sister in law and I took our kids..3,5, and 6 years old. We loved the location! 5 min.from the Adventure Park!!! We went tubing and back to the house where there was an amazing bathtub with jets for the children and another shower as well. Theres a fireplace in the living room, where we all warmed up with hot chocolate. The bunk beds were also a highlight for the kids. The deck provided a beautiful view...and very safe for small children. One day we skipped tubing and walked around the neighborhood, and made a snowman. It was safe , clean, and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend this cozy getaway, and will definitely return next year. We traveled all the way from Louisiana , and this place definitely exceeded our expectations!!

Well-Equipped Family Condo!

This was a great condo for our family of 6 with all of the needed amenities and then some. We had a great time and would highly recommend. Note that you must have a 4WD vehicle or chains on tires to make it up the hill to the condo in thick snow. Several cars got stuck/unable to go uphill while we were there. The condo is on a private road, so city plows do not maintain the street. A private plow service clears the road 1-2 times a day, but in heavy snow, it gets thick. Parking at the bottom of the hill is extremely limited (only a couple of spaces).

My problems with the unit were as follows: the lighting was very dim - even with the windows open. If we had stayed longer, I would have bought light bulbs with a higher wattage. The mattress in the guest bedroom had a significant dip in the middle, and the pillows were - NOT! If you use pillows - bring your own. And we could not lock the patio door. If we had stayed longer I would have called management to have the door repaired.Despite the few discrepancies - I would stay in the unit again. I would bring my own pillows, and a few light bulbs.Also, the property is in a very good location. Family Trip to Winter Park/Fraser

My family stayed here for 2 nights and had an amazing time! Winter Park and Fraser is a great town for skiing, snowmobiling, tubing, shopping and fun restaurants. The condo was the perfect size for my family with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. We loved the fireplace, the balcony and the views were amazing! The only thing I would suggest is to add more lighting in the rooms and a full length mirror would be an added bonus. Thank you for the stay!
