Our garden has been designed by award winning and acclaimed garden designer Paul Bangay, the garden provides an elegant and restful space to relax and unwind; a peaceful haven in the very heart of St Kilda.

Full of all modern conveniences - WiFi, 1 TV, 1 Bose Sound System, ducted heating and a fully equipped modern kitchen.

Situated in the heart of St Kilda, about 900m from St Kilda beach and about 5km from the CBD (9 min train ride), our family home features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, open living areas, and an outdoor courtyard with BBQ.

Ideally, would suit a family, couple or singles and business visitors.

There are 3 seperate and private bedrooms.

Fully equipped. Fridge freezer, 1 Gaggenau Ovens/Cooktop/Gas Stove/Dishwasher, microwave and pantry. Rear courtyard has BBQ for outdoor cooking.

European laundry with washing machine, clothes horse and washing line (side of house).

OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING AREAS
Rear courtyard and garden with an outdoor setting. The space features an extendable awning to protect you from the elements so you can enjoy year-round entertaining and outdoor dining.

CYCLING & BIKES FOR GUESTS
We have 4 bikes for guests free use - 2 adult and 2 kids bikes, helmets and key lock - so guests can enjoy a ride around the local neighbourhood, St Kilda, beach and Albert Park Lake. Please keep bikes locked up with key lock at all times. Guests use bike at own risk, fully responsible for any damage or theft of bike. We'd kindly ask you look after the bikes as if your own :) so all guests can continue to enjoy.

LOCAL AMENITIES
St Kilda is well known for its stylish cafes, restaurants, boutiques and bars. Relax and enjoy St Kilda Beach, Acland Street, Fitzroy Street, Chapel Street, Carlisle Street, and Albert Park lake & Golf Course and The Australian F1 Grand Prix. There is a bicycle track a few blocks away which goes all the way to the beach and along the beach to Port Melbourne, and in the other direction to the CBD along St Kilda Road. Stop by one of the local fish and chip shops and walk along the beach for a sunset picnic. We are really close to Albert Park Lake where you can walk/run/sail and is the location of the Australian F1 Grand Prix.
