- NOTE: This property is currently under renovation. Renovations will be complete by March 15. The bathrooms are being remodeled (there will no longer be a tub), and an additional bedroom will be added in the basement. Other minor improvements include new flooring in the upstairs bedrooms and basement living room, and a new laundry room with a new stackable washer and dryer. The second-floor deck will be screened in, a fire pit area will be adjacent to the deck, and the siding is being replaced. The basement will no longer have a bar area and will be repainted. Updated photos will be provided as soon as construction is complete
