I had a fantastic stay at this property! The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Communication with the host was very easy and smooth, making the whole experience stress-free. The location is amazing—just a very short walk to the beach. I would happily return again and again, as it was an overall wonderful experience. Where to start..hmmm..the ease of booking and communication at each step, the listing and how true to description? The pristine property, comfortable beds, kitchen, the landscaping, enjoyed walking the neighborhood on our way to the beach and pier and all the great places to eat, relax, and that’s not including hopping in the car and escaping to the Santa Barbara Botanic Gardens a short distance away. What a treasure. And don’t get me started talking about the delightful hummingbirds hanging out on the Bird of Paradise blooms each and every morning, we sat in the living room, planning our day over coffee while there. I plan to come back! My best to the stellar, property managers and housekeeping team. Stop scrolling and book this beauty. Happy Travels!

Loved the Villa

Villa was very clean and comfortable. Location was great. We brought bicycles and getting to the pier and Harbor was so easy. Also rode all the way up State Street to see the sights and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Terrific Stay

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the bungalow was very comfortable and convenient to the ocean, wharf, restaurants and all activities we desired in Santa Barbara. I found the description completely accurate and ease of use A+. We’ll stay here next time if it’s available.
