Thia spot in Greenport is excellent. The renovation was done really well; nomediocre product or construction; first rate everything. If you are an architecture fan take a walk anywhere. Wonderful stay! Comfortable rooms, great communication with host, peaceful surroundings, nice decor, great kitchen and bathroom. The location is close to downtown and ferries. The apartment made our Thanksgiving holiday very enjoyable!

The apartment was the PERFECT place for our getaway! My friends and I had the pleasure of staying here for our 4th Annual Girls trip to the vineyards and we loved how close it was to town. The apartment was very clean and it designed very nice. We loved the amount of natural light that would come through in the morning!

Girls Weekend in Greenport

A few friends and I stayed here for a long weekend in Greenport. The location was perfect! Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in town, and Ubering distance to tons of great wineries. The place was so charming and exactly as advertised. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Greenport 2nd Floor Unit

My family and I visited for 3 nights in late April, and this was the perfect place for us! Conveniently located in walking distance to downtown Greenport, with ample street parking, and the unit was modern, clean and spacious. The home itself is beautiful and with a lovely, well-cared-for garden. Definitely recommend!

The unit in this house was wonderful and beautiful. The unit is a modern renovation, but still retains a lot of charming details, such as a non-working fireplace with a mantel. The porch and garden are really beautiful. The windows overlooking the street are really amazing. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were immaculately clean. The host was very responsive to all of our needs.

Lovely stay!

This home was gorgeous inside and out. Every time we walked through the garden, we were so happy. The unit was extremely clean and nicely appointed. It was a beautiful and quick walk into town; within a block, you’re hitting restaurants and stores. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were extras of everything (paper goods, towels, blankets, etc!). Nice to have smart TVs in each room too. Toni and Frank were kind, responsive, and generous hosts.

The rental is very nice and as listed. The tenants downstairs do make a good bit of noise and there was a loud party next door on our first night. The property itself is very nice however we will not be back due to those 2 issues.

Great location

Beautiful property is in a safe walkable area near restaurants and shops. Off street parking was easy to find. Lovely garden path leads you to the front door. Interior flight of curved/circular stairs takes you up one flight to door. Maybe tricky for someone with mobility issues. Bedrooms and one bath were clean, nicely decorated and well stocked with the essentials including soaps, hair dryer and tissues. Kitchen was bright. Please note there is minimal counter space but well stocked with all the dishes, pots, pans and utensils needed. Livingroom and dining area are at the opposite end of the apartment from the kitchen with the two bedrooms in the middle. Overall a great stay, the owners were easy to reach. Highly recommend this unit in Greenport.
