With its seven royal palm trees, six-person hot tub and one of the largest private pools on the island with an 8' high water slide for the kids, you won't want to leave.

Imagine the luxury of having one of the largest private pools on the island to yourself. If that's not enough, hop in the hot tub for a relaxing soak and watch your troubles slip away. There's ample decking and patio areas in the fenced in back yard for grilling out, socializing, sunning, sitting around the stone firepit, or making loads of great memories. The home features two full kitchens and living areas with four smart TVs (65", 60", 55", and 32") with streaming channels, a DVD player and even two Keurig coffee machines. There are 5 Queen size beds, 2 Full size beds, and 1 full bunk bed.

Pool and Hot Tub Availability:
*Pool hours are 7:00AM to 11:00PM. The Town of Carolina Beach has quiet hours from 11:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m., so please be aware of the noise created when gathering in the outside areas as the sound carries. Please adhere to the pool and quiet hours as this property is located in a residential area. Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available, and the hot tub follows the same availability. This pool and hot tub are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. While in the area be sure to check out the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, where you will find shops, restaurants, and the summer activities such as fireworks, carnival rides and live music. Take a stroll around the lake, which features farmers markets, paddleboats, festivals, and Sunday movie nights in the park. If you still want more, take a short drive down to Fort Fisher for some exploration of the battlefield and a leisurely visit to the NC Aquarium. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
