Lots of outdoor living areas and a Traeger grill. Maybe you would like to prepare an amazing meal in the oversized open kitchen area a huge island plus a dining table large enough for ten. AMAZING!!! No other words to describe this property. It has everything you need from the pool to the game room. Everyone in my family enjoyed, from my 1 year old to my great aunt. Perfection location to everything. We’ll definitely be back.

I appreciated how well appointed the kitchen was. Sharp cutlery, coffee pot, up to date appliances. Since I always cook when I book with VRBO,I was in heaven in the kitchen. Every bed was comfortable and cozy. It’s located very central to everything. Getting in contact with the owner was never an issue. Early checking was arranged with no problem. It’s definitely on our repeat list when visiting family for a few days. The kids loved the game room. The pool was cleaned the day we arrived but it was too cold to enjoy.

Great Wilmington Home!

Our family enjoyed this home so much. We sat on the screen porch often and the boys loved the yard, pool area, and outdoor ping pong table. The house itself is also great and large enough to spread out, if need be. The owner communication was quick and helpful.

We love when guests have a great time. we have filled the home with things we know our family enjoys together. Like: ping pong, corn hole, shuffleboard, giant jengs, board games, plus a pool... LOL so much fun for the summer. Beach is close also!

The perfect family reunion

We were a complicated group - three generations including one person with allergies and in a wheelchair and the house was perfect! Close to airport, beach, restaurants and grocery stores but in a quiet neighborhood. Great pool. We made ample use of the ping pong table and shuffleboard. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms spacious. Recommended!

Lovely Home Away From Home

This property was every bit as lovely as it was held out to be. Very comfortable for our group of 8 adults. The pool/outside area is fun. Tons of games and ping pong table made for loads of fun. Laundry was convenient. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to local offerings. Host was VERY accommodating and always easy to reach. We would definitely stay in this house again or any of the host's other offerings. A fabulous experience!!

Great place

We had a great time! House is clean, everything you need is available. Kitchen is big and there everything ready to use. Pool is amazing, the pool boy comes and takes care of it. Games are available for all ages. Room sizes and bathrooms are absolutely perfect. It was easy to reach the owner. There are pool toys. There is a shower outside too. Amazing place for families with children.

Nonna's Grandband

This property met our needs and more. Now, I will always have to book a Vrbo property with a pool as this property has set a standard for my five grandchildren - aka "Nonna's Grandband". I do wish the pool had more safety features in terms of young children's ability to access the pool. The configuration of the home lent itself to gatherings of everyone around mealtime and for being alone or away from the crowd. John was very responsive to any request or question I submitted to him during our stay. As the Nonna of five, from ages 1 to 11, my goal was for Nonna's Grandband to have a blast and that goal was exceeded! Bottom line, I highly recommend this property and John M, its host/owner. DM

Our family recently traveled to Wrightsville Beach for a wedding and had an excellent experience! The pictures were a true reflection of the home. There was plenty of space with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, an open concept with a beautiful kitchen/living room/dining room, a game room, and an indoor porch. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, there were activities to do (ping pong, shuffle board) and the pool was amazing! When communicating with the host, he was quick to get back to us and addressed any needs promptly. We are from ‘New England and are not used to cockroaches which we know is inevitable in the south so we were SO GRATEFUL to not see any during our stay! We would highly recommend this home for anyone considering a stay in Wilmington! We would stay again in future visits!

A bit of a pest problem. Both backyard hammocks are broken and rusted - looks like they have been for some time. Ping pong table warped and hard to use. Dishwasher broken - host didn’t respond when I asked about it. Every shower was missing either shampoo, conditioner or body wash and the shampoo pump in guest bathroom upstairs was broken. Microwave also broken. Living room TV volume not working correctly.We were confused on the pool/beach towel instructions left for us. People rent the home to visit the beach, but we were prohibited from using the towels for the beach - not sure that is entirely fair and practical. Charging for lost towels should be sufficient.For the high cost of the rental I would really have expected a few beach chairs (and towels?) to be available for use and for more of the things I listed above to working. Instead of broken. Beach was also about a 30 minute drive, so “minutes away” in the description wasn’t really accurate. Pool and beds and interior decor were nice.

An Amazing Stay!

We found this on a whim and were able to book just in time to squeak in a quick getaway. Booking, check in and check out were all pretty seamless, and the property delivered in everything it promised. Well designed, super stocked with all the amenities and supplies you can imagine, including some things we would have never thought of. The kids loved the pool, the adults loved bedroom suite with Balcony and walk in super sized shower. Proximity to the beach, city, and good eats were spot on. I highly recommend this VRBO!

A family’s paradise

We rented this beautiful property for a family get together and it did not disappoint. From the sparkling private pool, to the game room and the comfortable couch we didn’t need to venture out to find our own paradise. My kids were entertained which in turn let us have great adult conversation. The host was extremely communicative and even sent a special treat our way during our stay. The location is terrific with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. If you’re considering this property, book it!! The stay exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to plan another family beach getaway.

Great vacation!

From the first moment we arrived we had a great time at this property. Property was exactly as pictured and the backyard and pool provided all day entertainment for our three children. Close to Wrightsville Beach and convenient to grocery and shops as needed. A fantastic location in a quiet neighborhood.

Fantastic experience!

We spent a week in this house. It is just as pictured, and has everything you need! The beds were very comfortable (very important to us!). Lots of little thoughtful details were considered like multiple charging ports in convenient locations and plenty of relaxing seating at the pool. Check in was seamless and John was easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Very very pleased with everything.
