Comfort can be quite personal, and everyone has their own preference when it comes to mattress firmness. So far, most of our guests have been happy with these mattresses, but we do recognise that preferences can vary. The hot water system has a panel controller, and simply switching it back on should restore the hot water supply. We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused. If you had contacted us at the time, we would have been more than happy to assist you straight away.

I was very concerned to read this, and I am truly sorry that your stay had to be cut short as a result. The safety of our guests, including their pets, is extremely important to us, and I regret that this experience did not meet that expectation. We take your feedback very seriously. Following your comments, I will remind my cleaners of a thorough inspection and clean-up of the outdoor areas to ensure no hazardous items remain.
