**Please know that unauthorized guests are not allowed at anytime**

Kids over 2 years old will be part of the total head count. We have cameras outside the property and will be able to know if more guests than the ones on the reservation stayed at the property and your reservation will be cancel. The property only has a holding tank for sewage water and every extra person makes a difference.

**Boats are not allowed to be docked on our dock at any time**

Pets are allowed in our cottage but are not allowed on the furniture (Beds, Sofas or Chairs) Extra cleaning fees will apply due to pet hair on furniture. Please let us know if you are bringing any pets and how many.

Please treat our linens and towels with care. Stained towels and lines will be charged accordingly

The panoramic vistas are breathtakingly beautiful and a constant reminder that you are simply a guest of nature - a sanctuary for those seeking to leave behind the everyday stressors of life.

Giving the cliff location and design of the property we do have a significant amount of stairs inside and outside.

The space was curated to provide a unique cottage experience. The contrast between rustic and contemporary design characterizes the look and feel of the interiors.

The St Lawrence River House features an open concept layout on the main floor with several lounging areas. Our main living room boasts a large U-shaped sectional anchored by a masterpiece granite fireplace. This room is surrounded by windows that provide a panoramic view of the cliff and River. The viceroy Loft is the ultimate reading nook adorned with a day-bed sofa, a desk and an office chair. Here the sunset’s golden hour seems to last forever. The games room is away from the rest of the house, the ideal place for pre-dinner cocktails paired with a great board game. Our Living room is the perfect place to curl up and watch movies, relax and enjoy SmartTV entertainment - Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, and more!

Featuring vintage oak hardwood floors, bedrooms can accommodate 8 guests comfortably – 1 king size bed & 3 queen size beds

Fully stocked bathrooms, cotton linen sets, and hotel style towels are provided complimentary during your stay.

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary trimmings to serve perfectly curated meals during your stay. Inclusive of a coffee & tea station, a large selection of spices as well as olive oil & balsamic vinegar.

The outdoor fire pit nestles between the cliff and the river with a perfect view of the night sky - a prime spot to stargaze on clear nights.

Our new addition is the inflatable hot tub located at our waterfront with stunning views of the river. Unwind and enjoy the view of the St Lawrence River at the end of a long day with the family. Please note that 1 of our 3 cameras covers the basement door, hot tub, dock and our boat.

As a four-season destination, the St. Lawrence River House is winterized and ready to transform into a winter wonderland during the colder months. Enjoy snowshoe hikes around the property or cross country ski along Highway 2. A truly Canadian winter experience awaits!
