Hi Kacy, We let you know in an email that the fridge was scratched during the stay and that we were going to speak to the homeowner and maintenance. I hate that this made you feel that we came after you. The owner decided that the scratches weren't severe and to not pursue filing a claim with the security deposit insurance provider. If the owner did pursue it, you would not have had to come out of pocket for the repair, as the deposit waiver would have covered the incident. We never asked for payment from you for the damages, we just made you aware.

Thank you for staying with TI Rentals, and thank you for your feedback. It is our priority to ensure that every guest has the best possible experience. Between each guest, each of our properties is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. The cleaners pull out furniture cushions each turnover and vacuum under them. Unfortunately, we are unable to lift and move furniture between every guest, two to three times a week. However, if you had made our office aware that the condo did not meet your expectations, we would have sent a staff member to immediately address it.
