Amazing villa with amazing service

Miguel and his whole team (concierge, cooks, housekeeping) were absolutely amazing. The villa is one of the best we have stayed in anywhere and the service was top notch. Highly recommend!

50th Birthday Celebration w/ Girlfriends

House AMAZING and Four Seasons Resirt Punta Mita also amazing. Consuelo, our housekeeper prepared wonderful breakfasts for us every morning and the best guacamole in the afternoons. The only disappointment was our rental property concierge. I ended up booking most of the restaurant and spa reservations directly because she was not very attentive. Also she did not gave our airport transport driver the proper instructions so he (through no fault of his own) first took us to the wrong airport.

Great Villa, Great for Families

This was our second time renting a Villa at the Four Seasons Punta Mita. Tripwix made the process super easy. The Hostess, Julia, answered questions in a very quick manner and helped us with our odds and ends.

Really a perfect getaway

The villa is exactly as advertised, and the Four Seasons is a terrific property. The view was a nice bonus. Everything was in good order. The trip concierge's team appeared magically every morning to make breakfast (so good and so much that no one really ate lunch). We highly recommend renting golf carts and making dinner reservations early. Also, its important to be registered with the Four Seasons, so that you have access to the FS chat with concierge function. We had a slightly larger villa last year, but this - while quite spacious - actually seemed better appointed to us (the office area in the master suite was very helpful).

Amazing Stay

We enjoyed our trip so much! The house was big and beautiful and views amazing! We had breakfast prepared daily and the girls that made it took care of the house and anything we needed. Tripwix and the team met us at the villa and made sure everything was taken care of. The concierge was great, she handled anything we needed. She was on hand and able to communicate with easily. We rented two golf carts that were delivered to the villa, well worth it. We took them everywhere. Easy trip to the lobby, St. Regis, Sufi, town... The property is part of Four Seasons so we were able to enjoy everything there including room service. It was a great trip and can't wait to go back!

House Bigger than Pictures Suggest, Amazing Location, Great Service

We traveled as a group of 7 adults and three children, all under the age of 4 years old. It was a tremendous trip. The house was extremely comfortable. It was much larger than the pictures suggested, and was fully stocked with anything we might have needed over the course of the week. Kitchen had no shortage of plates/utensils/equipment, and the house also had a Sonos sound system that was nice to have. The concierge and her team was extremely helpful, and the daily breakfast and housekeeping was excellent and much appreciate. We placed a grocery pantry order ahead of time, and a refill over the course of our week and it was seamlessly executed upon - very helpful. The property manager was also able to provide high chairs and cribs for the kids. We also had a chef come to the house to prepare two dinners, and they were well executed and tasty. The house's location was amazing. The benefit of having a villa within the property of the Four Seasons Hotel - and access to all hotel amenities was the best of both worlds. We did rent a golf cart, which came in handy if we wanted to leave the Four Seasons property. That being said, it was only a ~ mile walk to the town of Punta de Mita, where we had dinner a night or two. We will definitely be returning to this property. I'm a fairly high maintenance person, with high standards, and this property and experience met my high expectations.

A wonderful stay for a large family

We enjoyed a truly RELAXING vacation in this beautiful villa. The pictures depict the villa precisely. Miguel was prompt and accurate with his responses. The villa was immaculate and well-appointed. The layout of the bedrooms is ideal so that each party experienced privacy. My husband got food poisoning, and Cesar went above and beyond the call of duty to procure medicine and even accompanied one of my kids on an excursion because my husband was too sick to go. Consuelo's cooking is delicious! We will return someday soon. Thank you for your warm hospitality!

Paradise

My family stayed in this beautiful villa in February. The ability to have our own space combined with the convenience of having the Four Seasons resort within walking distance made it perfect. Each morning we were greeted with homemade breakfast and each afternoon with fresh guacamole and margaritas. It was truly a dream vacation in paradise.

Beautiful home, terrific team!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The home was clean, everything worked as presented, Miguel was easy to work with, hospitable and eager to help on logistics and Cesar was a terrific help to us throughout our stay. We would come back again or recommend without reservation to anyone!

Fantastic house and attentive staff

The house was as good as advertised and provided a fantastic getaway. The house is beautiful and situated a five minute walk from the Four Seasons. Cesar is a master bartender and he and his mother made a fantastic breakfast each day. Highly recommend!

My wife and I spent a week at this villa in December. We have a high bar for accommodations when we travel, preferring to stay at very high end resorts only, and this experience exceeded our expectations in every way. We have traveled to many resorts around the world including in Cabo, Hawaii, Mayakoba, the Caribbean, and southern Europe and Italy. The Four Seasons Punta Mita, and this particular villa, are as good as anywhere we have been. I'd start by saying the villa is extremely spacious both inside and outside - there is ample room for gathering in the huge living room and dining area as well as the huge outdoor terrace, which has extraordinary views. It has its own private pool and a separate large jacuzzi right off the massive master bedroom. We have children who loved being in the pool each morning, and their parents loved hanging out in the jacuzzi in the afternoons! It is beautifully decorated, the beds are sumptuous and comfortable, and the space itself is perfect for hanging out as a family or with friends and relaxing. The staff members are outstanding, gracious house attendants that were with much of the day, tending to our needs. They ensured that anything we needed during our stay was provided to us, cooking us wonderful meals, arranging all of our activities, and generally ensuring that our stay was completely hassle free and perfect. They are tremendous cooks and very intuitive, knowing exactly when we might enjoy some chips and guac or a mango margarita and having it prepared in a lovely way. It was also great to be able to access any part of the Four Seasons resort, as staying in the villa enables access to all the resort's amenities. It's a perfect resort for kids, and also terrific for adults or couples. 3 different restaurant choices, terrific spa, beautiful family and adult pools, a fun lazy river, and a staff with excellent service....all just a few minute walk from the villa. Miguel was excellent in managing our arrival and departure, as we were greeted at the airport by a driver from the resort and when we arrived at the villa all our groceries were stocked and ready for our arrival. Everything was truly seemless from the time we decided to book the trip to the day we left. I could not recommend the villa with greater enthusiasm and am confident that anyone who stays here will be thrilled they made the choice.
