Nestled among the towering pines, a short walk to the longest fresh water beach in the world! 5 min. drive to Walmart and Tim Hortons. 1 bedroom Cottage is also available to rent on same property. Must be min. 30yrs. of age to rent. No smoking, no pets. Guests are to supply bedding including sheets, blankets, pillows, towels etc. We supply all necessary cooking/cleaning utensils. All of our cottages are professionally cleaned before each guest check-in.
Our cottages are one of the few cottages that offer free parking and walking distance to the beach.

A wonderful family vacation.

Family spending time together. The cottage is a ideal location, just a minute to walk to the main beach, few minutes by car to the mall, easy to get entertaining like go-cart, mini golf, ball painting game. Friendly host. Very clean environment.

Great location, very comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage is more spacious than the pictures depict and is well equipped. The cottage has been renovated and presents as modern but livable and comfortable. The back deck is large and the backyard, though shared with other cottages, delighted the kids. And you can't beat the location. Super close to the beach and shorefront stores and restaurants. It's also a 3 minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants and Walmart. We would highly recommend this cottage!

Our first surprise was that the floor was really dirty. Our feet were full of dirt within 10 minutes of our arrival. It was obvious that no cleaning was done prior to our arrival.Also, all of the beds and mattresses are extremely old and in need to be changed. The springs make incredible noise. One of the bed frame needed to be screwed tight.There is only the bare minimum to cook. Not enough pots and pans, no foil paper, no baking tray, just an aluminum tray that we had to throw out after 2 uses. Not enough dishes for 8 people (the house is advertised for 8 people), so not salt and pepper for cooking. There is only a broom to clean the house so we had to go and buy a swiffer to be able to clean the floor.The floor is broken in places and badly installed with gaps between some slats. The balcony is extremely old with rusted screws everywhere. The wood creaks all the time.But, on the positive side, the location is great. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach.We would go back the Wasaga Beach but not to this house.

Hi Julien, I’m sorry that the cottage was not fully equipped. We had overstocked this cottage at the start of the summer, but unfortunately we didn’t ask our cleaning staff to check stock throughout the summer. Moving forward, we will keep a checklist for our cleaning staff to make sure everything is there. All of the mattress in the cottage are 3 years old as this is our 3rd summer on Airbnb. It’s unfortunate that you didn’t mention to us that things were missing, as we would have quickly replaced them since we were at the property during your stay renovating one of the other cottages. The cleaning staff has done a great job for us this summer, so I’m surprised that they could have forgotten to mop the floor. We are aware of the shifting laminate floors and we will be addressing this issue in the off season. We take your comments seriously and we appreciate your feedback, as this will assist us in providing a better stay for future guests.

Thank-you Jean for your comment, we take every guests enjoyment and safety very seriously. I apologize for not knowing that there were any broken chairs. Unfortunately our cleaner did not report it to us, and we have had many guests in the cottage every week this summer. I have repaired both the broken chair and the futon today. As for the uncomfortable couch, we are a family run vacation property just starting out on this adventure. We cannot afford brand new furniture. Hopefully at the end of this season, we can replace the couch with a newer one. Thanks, Jeff & Fe

Maison bien équipé. Près de la plage à pieds. Bon services des locataires. Près de tous les services, épicerie, restaurant, etc... Place tranquille, idéal pour familles, amis ou couple. Petite attention du propriétaire nous attendais au frigo sous forme de bière Wasaga.

Super emplaçement. Proximité de la plage Très propre. Bien équipé. Communication facile avec le propriétaire qui répond rapidement aux questions. Belle attention à notre arrivée ( bière wasagabeach)
