Make memories at the Jansen Clan Cottage

Your family will enjoy their stay just minutes from the famous Beach 1. Your oasis sits on a spacious lot with ample parking and a private back yard containing a fire pit and a 600 square foot deck for entertaining.

Kids or additional guests can make the most of the "bunkie" which has 3 bunk beds, couches, tv and even a fridge to store some refreshments.

After a long day on the beach or hiking savour the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. At night take a walk to anyone of the local restaurants before you experience Canada's prominent sunsets.

Must be 30 yrs+ to book & be a guest during the stay. One pet allowed based on prior approval.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION -
*** Bunkie IS NOT included in advertised pricing Sept-June. (up to 6ppl) [inquire about pricing including the bunkie]
*** Bunkie IS included in July and August prices. (up to 12ppl)
(This is to help make it easier for single families to rent)
Other things to note:
Please bring your own beach towels. Linens and bath towels are provided.

If you damage the home/property, you will be required to cover all costs.

If the property is left in poor condition, security deposit will be sought to cover additional cleaning costs. This includes but not limited to picking up cigarette butts (The Cottage is a non-smoking property), dog feces, overall dirty and poor condition in/out.

Wonderful stay

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful cottage. We loved the beachy decor and modern furnishings. Kids had a blast in the separate bunkie with their own tv. Great outdoor space. Short trip to the best part of the beach. No negatives from us, would visit again for sure.

Lovely home away from home

Great spot to get away with all the amenities needed for a worry free trip. Short walk to the beach, close enough to the action, far enough to enjoy the quiet. Back deck is fantastic with just enough sun to enjoy a full day outside without over heating. Great hosts who make your stay special.

The perfect beach vacation!

Our stay in Wasaga was amazing and made all the better by our super hosts. The property was clean and was a true home away from home. The backyard was an oasis and we enjoyed many alfresco dinners outside. The hosts were super thoughtful and included some sweet treats for our kids in the welcome basket. We will be back again!

Excellent Experience

The cottage was incredibly beautiful and filled with every amenity needed. The location was perfect and the beach was only a 7 minute walk. The backyard was also set with chairs, picnic table and a barbecue along with other amenities. Overall the property was fantastic and would book it again in the future.

Beautiful

Great communication with the owner and there was an information book there for information! Property was very nice and i liked it was 10 mins walk from the main beach or a 2 minute drive. Lots of wood for your fire and a welcome basket was a nice unexpected surprise. Beds were comfortable and linens and towels are provided. The kitchen had everything we needed as well. Thanks for having us!

Best spot in Wasaga Beach for a family

Wonderful stay and an amazing host! If you travel to Wasaga Beach with family (or friends) and their kids, you have to go to the Jansen Clan Cottage. You just do, that’s it! Superb cottage, very clean, well situated with the beach and services nearby. Garth is a marvellous host and always available to answer questions. And the best part: their is a « bunk house » 15 feet from the main house with bunk beds for the kids. They have their own headquarters! This is awesome both for the kids and for the parents! Thank you Garth and all the Jansen family, we highly recommend this host!

Nous avons été agréablement surpris de l'emplacement. Nous étions vraiment a 10 min de la plage nous étions vraiment content. La maison et la cour c'était parfait pour les enfants. On le recommande fortement! Les propriétaires sont vraiment attentionnés!

The place to be in Wasaga

À moins de 10 minutes de la plage, le cottage du clan Jansen est l’endroit tout indiqué pour passer des vacances en famille ou entre amis à Wasaga Beach. Le cottage est en plein cœur du village avec toutes les commodités nécessaires accessibles à pieds. Le lieu est très paisible et calme sur une rue peu passante. Nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité!
