The ground floor of the main house consists of a fully equipped kitchen, private office, laundry room, indoor living and dining room that opens onto a large and spacious terrace with a private pool surrounded by a large deck (partly covered for shade and daytime use) with loungers, relaxed seating, alfresco dining, a wet bar and a BBQ; off the kitchen, there is an attached gazebo for additional dining and relaxing, perfect for everything from morning coffee to evening drinks. There are ceiling fans in every indoor room and in covered outdoors spaces to keep the house cool and breezy. All outdoor areas have spectacular views of the gardens and ocean.

The upstairs of the main house sleeps six and consists of three bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, generous closets, ceiling fans and air conditioning; all bedroom windows have screens to keep out mosquitos. The master bedroom has a king bed, a small workspace with a desk, a balcony with seating that overlooks the ocean, and large bathroom with a separate tub and shower. The second bedroom has a king bed and gets early morning sun. The third bedroom has two twin beds with an ocean view.

The self-contained cottage that sleeps four is conveniently located beside the main house and offers additional privacy. There is a compact and fully equipped kitchen with adjacent sitting/living area that bleeds onto a large covered porch. The porch has a relaxed seating area and an outdoor dining table for six, looking onto lush tropical gardens and beyond to the Caribbean Sea and western horizon. There are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, queen beds, generous closets, ceiling fans and air conditioning. The cottage is equipped with full laundry facilities.

Please note that there are two security cameras outside that monitor the front door and the driveway. There are no other cameras on the property.
