Villa Blanca is a newly built 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom luxury villa located in the gated, private community of Porters Place, St. James. The villa is architecturally designed to facilitate a seamless flow between the indoors and outdoors.
Villa Blanca’s design is modern, with exquisite furnishings with splashes of color that represent the island. The private courtyard is 1000 sq ft / 92.9 m, it features a 20 ft / 6m pool, pool loungers, reclining chairs with ottomans, outdoor couch, outdoor dining room set that seat eight and an outdoor bar area. We also provide a large BBQ grill with propane and grilling utensils.
The villa features four bedrooms and four full bathrooms:
three of the four bedrooms have king beds and large ensuites bathrooms.
One bedroom has twin beds that can be joined together per your request. The bathroom is located next to this room.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove, microwave, wall oven, coffee machine and tea pot with coffee and tea provided.
There are five air conditioning units - one in the living room and one in each bedroom.
There are five televisions on property. One in the living room, three in the bedrooms and one in the outdoor entertainment space and visible from the pool.
Villa Blanca also comes with access to One Eleven Beach club (12-minute drive). There you will have access to 4 complimentary beach loungers, 2 complimentary umbrellas and a 10% discount on food and drinks.
- All guest will have access to our 24-hour Gym which is next to the villa.
- We provide backpack beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler bag so that you and your guests can take the relaxing 7-minute stroll to the beach to enjoy over a five mile stretch of the most pristine coastline on the island.
- Directly behind Villa Blanca is the community farm where guests will have an opportunity to have locally grown, organic vegetables delivered to you once they are ready for harvest.

Villa Blanca is a luxury villa located on the Platinum coast of Barbados, where Andre originates. 7 min walk to the beach and sleeps 10.
